Butterfly Manor Bed & Breakfast

We stayed one night in the family suite with two connected bedrooms, which was a great setup for our group. Breakfast was amazing, and the host went above and beyond: helpful local tips on what to prioritize during the visit, and kind enough to hold our luggage so we could explore without hauling bags around. Location is very convenient as it is just a 10-minute walk from the Niagara Falls GO Bus Terminal. Highly recommend.

Butterfly themed accommodation, very spacious room, Convenient location, 10 min drive to Niagra Falls, 20 min drive to NOTL. Very clean, spotless room and washroom, linens, towels. Excellent home cooked breakfast with scrambled Eggs, Hash browns, Asparagus, fruits, Bacon, sausages for non vegetarians, juices, Tea, coffee. BF Cooked by the owners themselves. Huge comfortable beds, well decorated classy room, very responsive host. The assistants / staff, Salaam and Tabu were very friendly and helpful, giving recommendations to the guests and serving the guests, when needed with a smiling demeanour. We liked everything but would like to suggest to add a full size mirror in the room and exhaust fan in the washroom. Also, instructions how to switch on the washroom lights can be provided / stuck on the washroom door.

friendly owner that will go above and beyond to help you navigate around Niagara Falls. He was always chatting with me how my dad went and if I need anything. Breakfast was fantastic too.

Ted is an excellent host. He's very knowledgable about Niagara Falls and its attractions. He's above-and-beyond helpful. He personally cooked a breakfast that was delicious and beautifully presented. The room was huge and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and stocked with things we didn't use, but which would have come in handy if we hadn't packed them. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The wi-fi was free and fast. Check in and check out were easy and stress-free. What could have been better? Our only regret is not staying longer!

What a wonderful stay in Niagara! Thank you, Ted, the owner, for maintaining such a beautiful home and making us feel so welcomed. My boyfriend and I honestly didn’t expect it to feel like a 5-star hotel at this price point, as we were simply looking for a place to stay overnight. Our only requirements were cleanliness, safety, and convenience, and this place exceeded all of our expectations with so many wonderful surprises. The cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. The house, room, and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved the handmade breakfast prepared by Ted, it gave us such a warm, homey feeling, almost like receiving a meal made with family love. Ted is such a kind and thoughtful host. He showed us around the house, shared the stories behind it, and even recommended the fireworks show, which made our trip even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our conversation with him. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Niagara. Thank you again, Ted, for making our stay so special! We can’t find anything need to complain.

Great service from Ted, room was tastefully decorated and comfortable and the hotel was clean. Home cooked breakfast in the morning to top it all off. Would stay here again!
