Couldn't stay , no one there to check in , locked up tight old and delapaded , took my money and Couldn't stay there , had to get another motel

Location is very good. Basic amenities like bath towel, handwash soap or liquid are not provided, which are very basic. every hostel provides these. Late checkin after 7 pm is not allowed. Staff behavior

The staff is super friendly and gives you a lot of good tips! The rooms are clean and have everything you need, great experience!

I had an awesome 6 days at the Gorge View Hostel. I will be returning in the future with my bestie so they can experience this wonderful place for themselves. I celebrated my birthday here and since the minute I arrived to this beautiful place, I was attended to by the owner, Jeff, who was very kind and courteous. A HUGE thank you to Jeff who made this trip very easy to enjoy not only did he help a struggling guest with her luggage but he was also very friendly, helpful and informative making it possible for someone like me who’s never traveled and suffers from anxiety to navigate the area successfully and stress free. This amazing hostel is a true gem. It’s clean, budget friendly and you just can’t beat the location and breathtaking views, you’d be crazy not to book a room in this place. You could even see the fireworks from Niagra on the front steps of this place. Definitely great times. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and meeting new people. I felt secure and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers or anyone looking for a chill place to stay in the area. If you're someone who enjoys meeting other travelers and breathtaking views then it’s definitely a great choice. Absolutely nothing and that’s why I’ll be booking again with Gorge View Hostel in the future. I can’t stress enough how beautiful it is here and so much fun. You can’t beat the hospitality.

I t was near the falls Everything was ok

The location was amazing. It was only a 20 minute walk crossing the Rainbow Bridge to the US/Canada border. There were also close by shuttle stops for the free Niagara bus. Free parking on site was also a bonus. Room was very clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again. You have to check in by 7pm or else make arrangements ahead of time. That wasn't super obvious in the reservations. Just needs to be highlighted more to avoid issues.

Great location, kitchen and dining area with coffee every morning. Guy at front desk was friendly enough but seemed put off when I got there earlier than I thought I would. No bed privacy at all. My bunk was inches from the door opening to the room. Front desk is not staffed all day. It seems as though one guy runs the whole place. I think the bldg is mostly an apartment bldg.

The room was large and spacious and included a big kitchen sink and nice views out the windows. The owner was friendly and very helpful in explaining how to get around, where to eat. It is right across the street from the aquarium and the river, so we could walk across the street and along the river to the Falls. The kitchen downstairs was well supplied with a coffee pot and coffee, microwave, refrigerator. I didn't realize this was a hostel, so there's no coffee in the room. But the owner didn't mind us making coffee with our own pot in the room. And our room was private with a private bathroom and not on the same floor with the hostel guests, so that was fine.

I highly recommend Gorgeview Hostel.It has been my first adventure in a Hostel,I really did not know what to expect.Well it went above and beyond what I expected.It has been very comfortable and very clean and tidy.It has outstanding views and a short walk to The Falls.I love the unpretentious of staff and guest.A great way to explore all Niagara Falls and beyond.The premises are very well lit up and extremely Safe and Comfy.I will come back and highly recommend to all passing through.Thank you.D Honestly I can not think of one thing I Did not like..

great place for a solo traveler! very close to all the main attractions, very quiet - you can sleep well. everything you need is in the house (kitchen, refrigerator). friendly host. I recommend 10 out of 10!

The location is fantastic and the building is incredibly beautiful. The owner is very helpful with directions and things to see.

Fantastic Experience

The location was perfect for an overnight to go to Artpark. The building is beautiful, and the room was very nice. It was clean, updated with plenty of space. Off-street parking was included. The mattresses on the bunk beds were just okay, and the shower took quite a long time to get warm water.
