Matress was incredibly old. You could feel the common area to sit sink lower than the rest of the bed. Did swap rooms for the second night , matress was ok but still obviously old.

Its so close to the Niagara Falls park so its convenient.

They have no toothbrush or toothpaste and you have to pay for parking. The breakfast there was not the best and the hotel floors are dirty so you have to walk with your shoes

The front desk staff was good with the exception of the day staff on check in day. We arrived a little early and the guy at the front desk was rather condescending about us checking in early. The 4pm staff was great. The stained carpets in the hall, mold int t h e bathroo. Was offputting. The mattress was in a state of too stiff and to broken at the same time. The coils popped every time we moved. The beeping of construction vehicles woke ups up at bright and early 0700 which made it to be convenient to recieve the 0800 text promting us to check out. We stayed until 11 out of spite. It would have been more comfortable sleeping in my jeep.

Location Breakfast and Room are noisy. Parking is $20/night which should be lowered.

I like the location and how close is to the Niagara Falls. The overall building is not clean enough. I expected more for a Wyndham hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the rainbow bridge what makes it very convenient to cross to the Canadian side of the falls, the room was clean, but the hotel is very bad maintained, is outdated, the carpet was very dirty and old, the bathroom shower door was almost falling, the sink didn’t drained properly, very old installations, needs a lot of work,

Location was excellent, minutes away from the Niagara Falls. They took a security deposit of $75. They told that they will be refunding but I want to ask how they will refund. Location
