Location is fine and rooms are ok, not very wow not many amenities, staff is average, just ok for a day or 2 of stay

The site online makes the property look far better than it actually is. The hotel is okay, at best. I would not consider this a "nice" hotel by any means, though. The proximity to the Niagara Falls State Park is really the only nice thing about it.

It was a very unpleasant experience staying in the hotel. The rooms were dirty and the carpet was wet. Washroom tub was dirty and water gets clogged. The staff was not at all cooperating.

I would not recommend this place unless you want the fireworks scenes at night.

Rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. Staff was courteous. Good location to visit the falls. Five minute walk to the Niagara Falls State Park and visitor center.

Elevators are not hanging good maintenance and also sometimes shaky or wiggle and in the bathroom and over all floor wooden flanks are giving sounds and they literally loose

Excellent Location, easy to find. Breakfest is very poor and limited. I understand if there is no kitchen but prepacked sandwiches would suffice.

Overall good experience. Room had a damp, musty smell the first of 4 nights. It cleared up by the next day. Staff fixed any issues I had.
