Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

Listen to the other bad reviews!! I have stayed in decent Quality Inn’s before but this property is in serious need of an update. Bathroom shower was moldy. Tiny parking lot not even close to big enough to handle the size of the property. Had to walk through sketchy area at night to park for free at casino. Breakfast was very basic and overfilled with guests and not enough tables to sit at. Pool and hot tub would have been nice but were full to capacity so we didn’t even try to use them for fear of germs based on how the rest of the property was maintained. The elevators seemed of burning oil/rubber. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful though. We thought the proximity to the park was perfect due to having young children and it was. But save yourself the headache and stay somewhere nicer/more reputable.

The hotel was pretty run down and breakfast was not properly stocked. Too many people. There are several stickers about stopping human trafficking around the hotel. I am glad they are taking it seriously. That is very good.

Great location within walking distance to the falls. Not great parking. We only had a one night stay so can’t say much. The breakfast was a little lacking (very chaotic). The staff during that acted annoyed. But for what we needed it was fine.

Parking is very limited for the 3 days of my stay I struggled every single day to find a spot and even had to pay for a garage that is 2 blocks away, although when you book they claim that parking is available. You would think they would at least have a discounted pass for other parking garages but no prepare to pay for parking. The front desk gave me different answers each time I asked about posted signs about a parking pass that quality inn was supposed to provide for a discounted rate.one said they don't do that at all. One said they cannot do anything if I parked first and asked them other said they only do that on weekends. Only positive is the location as it is very close to the falls. The property management seriously need to consider an overhaul of this property they cannot be exploiting the location advantage.

I checked out the next day and had booked 4 days. No housekeeping after 5pm. My room was dirty. The toilet bowl wasn’t scrubbed, the blanket was dirty and stained. It was bad. The day desk clerk was great, Vonesha I think was her name. Breakfast was good. The mgr wasn’t friendly but didn’t charge an early check out fee. He was ok. I feel they are understaffed and maybe overworked. The location is super close to the falls. Parking also sucks not enough parking.

There are better properties out there. The hotel staff did not really care about us. The breakfast was included in our itinerary but there was huge query and we hardly took anything. We had to park the car in a shady parking lot for$ 30 per night. The rooms and the hotel was untidy and reception was smelling

Also there was no parking space available. I have to book different hotel. TERRIBLE🙂

Awesome stay, manager was wonderful...

Unfortunately, our experience with one of the staff members at the check-in desk was unpleasant. We simply asked for a few extra towels, but he made a big deal about it and questioned how often we changed our towels. He commented that requesting extra towels was a waste of resources and water and even mentioned that he personally only changes his towels every three days. His comments felt unnecessary and came across as rude. We also witnessed him getting into an argument with another customer. Overall, he came off as arrogant in the way he spoke and carried himself. Breakfast was included, but the area was very congested, especially during busy times, and they offered essentially the same food every day. The cleanliness could also use improvement, as the carpets did not look very clean and our bed sheets had stains on them. Overall, the convenient location was the best part of our stay, but the staff interaction and cleanliness issues negatively affected our experience. There is definitely room for improvement.

Poorly managed. Front desk needs customer service training. We arrived early waited until 4pm . Room wasn’t ready until 4 40 pm. With filthy sofa bed. I asked to have it cleaned. I commented but not rudely said.”I haven’t experienced this , I’ve been all over the globe. Instead of simple apology , she said… well, there is always a first. Deal with it. I just smiled and turned my back. I believed she doesn’t belong to hospitality business. Overall not satisfied.
