Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

One of the worst experiences ever. Couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. You have to pay to park which was 30 dollars for one day for us. The breakfast was so pathetically bad. We weren't drinking but on a Saturday night the bar was closed before 10. The pool and hot tub was sub par at best. The jacuzzi in our room didn't work. Just an overall bad experience never going there again.

The property is clean, except for the stairwells. The rooms were clean, with comfortable mattresses. It is very close (<5 minutes) to the Niagara falls state park, with many restaurants around.

Hotel is walking distance to the park and in the middle of restaurant and retail district. The room was clean, amenities adequate and staff friendly.

Close to attractions. Comfy beds. Dirty. Too crowded. Out dated. Not enough parking.

Room was ok. Booked a handicap-accessible room at the last minute as it was one of the handful of rooms available. If I was a handicapped person, I would be upset. The bathroom door was a barn-style mess. It was off the track and once moved -we never tried to shut it again. It would have been a nightmare for someone in a wheelchair. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bar was not open in the evening until the weekend.

Affordable accommodation steps from Niagara Falls Park. Excellent location just across the street from the Flix Bis stop.

The location is convenient to visit Niagara Falls.

The location of this hotel was excellent! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it was great for the price and location. Would definitely stay here again.

I like this hotel’s, my daughter birthday party was in one of them. But This hotel left the sheets from several rooms in the hallway for two days.

It’s very clean and employees are very friendly.

They had a 24/7 ice cream machine, but unfortunately, it was broken. So we didn't get to try that. Everything else was great a little overpriced. For what you get, but that's also because of where at near the falls.

The hotel is getting pretty run down but the staff try their best to help accommodate us! Windows leaked with the heavy rain

If you love cockroach smell, old carpets, heritage rooms, roam around looking for parking when you see parking full at hotel, no-protein breakfast, this is the perfect match for you. Best part is if you pay for overnight parking at hotel it is just about 7 minutes walk to the Niagara state park.

Really slow and unprofessional service, our room was unclean and a mess, had to request to be moved to a new one. We requested to have an extra rollaway bed delivered, called twice still nothing came. No parking either, had to pay to park somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend.

You need to follow up with manager yo get room service done. Never trust on the promises they do like late check out possibility as they will ask you to do on time chec out even after confirming on late checkout. Breakfast is pathetic. Cant write more in short worst hotel ever.
