Our room appeared to not have been used in quite some time, as there were numerous dead bugs in ALL areas of the room and especially in the bathroom, cobwebs throughout and also smelled stale and closed up. The bed was clean and comfortable, however the shower had a large wad of someone else's hair in it and there were smashed bugs on the walls and ceiling. We did not dare use the Jacuzzi in our room, as it reeked of bleach and the state of the room was less than appealing...

Great location to stay to visit Niagara Falls. It is a comfortable, roomy, and well furnished, quaint b&b to stay. Their included breakfast choices were diverse and tasty!

The choice of room is important: we were in the Windsor room, on the first floor of the southern-most building, facing the rapids. From our window, we could see a bit of the rapids across the street. We could certainly HEAR them: we left the window open, and the sound of rushing water sent us to sleep. (It was an unusually quiet August, the staff told us, so I don't know whether traffic noise is ever an issue. It sure wasn't for us.) The restaurant staff was delightful. Kim the bartender gives a strong handshake, a strong comedy game, and a stronger martini. My advice: stay here, but check with the hotel before booking about the location of the room. Those rapids are spectacular. Being able to drift off to sleep while listening to them is a real treat. And perhaps the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors offer even better views.

Location to Niagara Falls was perfect. Walking distance to multiple areas. Older hotel but clean. Bedding was comfortable. Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Breakfast from a full menu was excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Location is wonderful and what a nice surprise that in our room was a split of champagne and a plate of crackers and cheese. All complimentary. Not to mention the breakfast each morning that is included. Our room had its own entrance right by the parking lot, which is free to park. Overall, you can’t beat the value. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

The staff were super nice and amazing. Our suite was clean, had music playing, and a cheese and fruit tray with champagne waiting for us when we got there. Breakfast the next day was yummy. The location was perfect since Niagara Falls State Park was right across the street and we had a water view from our window. I'm definitely booking again.

Very good location and Niagra suite was the best and largest 2 bed rooms , two wash rooms? Living and dining area, full service kitchen. But best was the breakfast

We were overall pleased with the location and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The property is in need of updating especially the red bricks in the entrances that are coming apart and can easily cause someone to fall.

Great location. Very convenient.

Access to water dispenser at all times would be a great addition.

All meals eaten there were very good. The complimentary breakfast was especially good! Clean and spacious room. Will book again if back in the area.

Cute hotel with large suite. Very convenient to the Falls. You can hear the rapids with open windows. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend.

Everything was in a short walking distance from hotel and after checkout they allowed us to keep our car parked so we walked across into Canada that was awesome of them ! Waited 5 -10 min for someone to come to front desk to check in and i never received a text or phone call to let us know room was ready and breakfast was nasty Everything was pre made just get pancake and eggs

The hotel was great! We loved our room and the access was amazing. We stayed in the Windsor suite. When we walked out the door, the park was right across the street. We could watch the fireworks right from our door. The room was well appointed though outlets for our phones was a little inconvenient as I like to have my phone on the nightstand next to me. We received a complimentary cheese plate and a small bottle of Asti. The bed was comfortable. They don’t clean the room every day unless you put the sign on the door the day before. Mostly we just wanted clean towels each day, I can make my own bed. We did bring our own K-cups for the coffeemaker so we didn’t need to worry about the hotel providing. A full sit-down breakfast was available each morning which plenty of choices. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good. If you’re looking for a location close to the falls with a homey feel, the Red Coach is a great choice.

The property was very unique. So close to the falls. The cooked-to-order breakfast every morning was amazing!

Access to the rooms is unusual. No direct access from lobby or resturant. Parking is limited and is behind the hotel. Very close to the Falls
