Red Coach Inn

Nice stay. Would stay again. However, restaurant was iffy. Used 2 coupons given as part of booking experience. Food was mediocre and servers slow and orders inaccurate. If have issues walking up flights of stairs, book 1st floor. No elevator. One small bottle of sparkling wine given and a cheese plate as welcome snack. Room was private, quiet, except 10 pm fireworks at the falls. Nice stay overall

I love that we were right in the heart of the Niagara Falls, the Red Coach Inn was an excellent place to stay all the amenities restaurants were in walking distance and even the falls... Great Staff at Red Coach Inn

The check in staff were super friendly and helpful, taking time to orient us to the area and give directions to nearby attractions. Good breakfast, we were and glad to have the restaurant there as dining options closeby were limited. Very convenient location for the falls and an easy walk to the bridge to walk over to the Canadian side.

We had a phenomenal stay. The Read Coach Inn has a ton of character, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Very happy with our decision to stay there.

Such a gorgeous place! We had the best time- the staff was beyond awesome. One of the best stats of our trip. Will be back again without a doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay. The lodging was wonderful, room was clean and the treat was much appreciated. Loved the music on the radio in the room when we came into the room. Joaquin was wonderful and provided a quick check in after a long drive. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was a great location for many things in/around Niagara. The check-in process took longer than expected because staff couldn't be found. At breakfast, a whole meal was forgotten and nobody came to check for about 15 minutes (all other party members were nearly done). The toilet paper was worse than most rest areas. The room was gorgeous, even though we spent little time in it. Overall, we'd recommend with some cautions.

Staff were kind and helpful. Dinner was excellent and our waiter was perfect. Room was bigger than the pictures. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would book again. The location was also within walking distance of all the parks and the Falls.

This is an amazing Hotel. The staff was excellent and I would highly recommend the restaurant. It has great view of the river rapids.

The best thing the Red Coach Inn has going for it is the very convenient location literally across the street from the Niagara Falls State Park. You can easily take a nice stroll to the American Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel itself shows its age but they do a pretty good job keeping it up. The room decor was in keeping with the style of the inn--not modern. The gas fireplace would be nice in colder months. The included, made-to- order breakfast was average at best (despite the rave reviews I read), as was the dinner we purchased. They seemed short- staffed like so many restaurants. On-site parking was a plus. Staff were all super nice and helpful.

The room was nice, right at the Falls. The kitchen is very good for dinner and breakfast.

We were 100% satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean and so spacious. It was only a 15 minute walk to get across the rainbow bridge into Canada and the state park on the United States side is directly across the street from this hotel, so everything was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we had in AC problem, but it was taken care of immediately, will definitely be back.

Nice hotel with the charm of being old but the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to everything you need in Niagara.
