Location was good. Our two rooms were near the elevator and ice machine. The balcony of one of the rooms was overlooking kitchen vents, brooms and mops. The other room smelled. Tiles need some scrubbing and the spider webs need to be addressed. Breakfast is not included.

We did not get the balcony view room I paid for. Requesting a refund

Nice hotel near Niagara Falls, walking distance
-
Decent place The restaurant / bar area is closed most of the day, which was disappointing when we had to wait for our flight after checkout. If not food, I think they should allow guests to sit on the terrace and at least have drinks throughout the day

Was clean but the pillows were so Flat

We caught the manager going into our room for no reason at all. He said he was "checking for cigarette smoke", which never would happen, we don't smoke. We feel he was in our room doing very shady things.
-
The glasses/jar for water was dirty, ALL toiletries were either out or not working, the AC in the room caused us to cough and have sore throats in the morning, plus the entire room was just damp, specifically the carpet/linens. No on-site parking, $15 fee

The location was pretty good. The reception at desk was very nice and always had a smile. The food was okay. The cleanliness in the room was not very good. There was coffee splattered all down the wall and all over the bathroom door which was ignored and not cleaned. The grout in bathroom was full of crud. You could see the true grout color on the edge of the floor. We had to lay towels down to step on while we had no shoes. The rug in room i don't think was ever cleaned( it felt greesy on bare feet). The bedding had a slight smell of body odor along with dark marks that looked like the bedding hasnt been changed. While we were there, the washer broke and when i requested more towels and washcloths, they did mention that. They were able to get me towels asap. When we went to use them, they smelt very musky(the first towels were not like that). The microwave was visibly wiped down with dirty rag or dirty cleaning water. Also the parking was confusing and we ended up in the wrong lot i guess?? They fixed the problem pretty quickly but stated we were supposed to get an email with qr code( not to print out a card) for the lot and we never did get that email. When we went to leave the qr code they had to send me, was not working. I then had to call the lot assistant number during a down pour. She quickly came to our rescue and helped us(not part of hotel) but the inconvenience of all this was a mess. We simply just wanted a break and relax but i truly couldn't.

Refurbished Econo Lodge, very small rooms, terrible views. I have traveled all over the US and other countries this lipstick on a pig hotels is the second worst ever. Cost was ridiculous for the product.
