Parking

We picked this hotel for 2 reasons, proximity to Seneca Niagara Casino and it offered King Balcony rooms. Upon check-in a parking process was explained to us as the hotel uses a public lot. We followed instructions and confirmed process upon check in and check out to be sure we'd receive the "hotel discount". Much to our surprise...we were charged $50 for less then 24 hours. As far as our room/bedroom appeared to be updated and modern. There was a Welcome Card stating the large glass bottle of water was complimentary. Nice touch but ours was only 1/4 full. The bathroom had only 2 large bath towels, and several amenities were also empty. Our last concern was the bedding. While the bed looked to be freshly made, the sheets did not feel clean. After further inspection, there was black flakes and even tiny blood spots towards the foot of the bed. Overall appearances seemed great! But we found looks can be deceiving. I think housekeeping may have cut corners. As far as parking situation... absolutely misrepresented. Beware!

Great job

The location to the State Park was truly walking distance and perfect. The restaurant was lovely, we had lunch and a breakfast there. The Desk Guest Check in rep, Kris, was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. The only reason I am not leaving this hotel 5 stars is the the room itself was nothing to write home about. For the price, I would have expected a little more Boujee. More pillows and higher grade linens and for the price we paid per night, a spa robe would have even been nice. We did not find the bed to be super comfy. Overall it was very nice.

The pics were very nice but actual property was not as nice as the lobby and the pics. Friendly staff though. Parking was a PIA too.

I liked that all the photos matched reality. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean.

Clean rooms and very easy access to shops and Niagra Falls.

Our room with a balcony was perfect. Great location to take off walking. Chris at the front desk made our stay worth coming back

The staff here was fantastic. They very helpful , friendly, and very welcoming.

Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Parking available. There were cobwebs in the room over the windows. The shower needed a good scrub around the edges of the tub was pink. Beds were well made and comfortable. Limited options for breakfast. No pool. Walking distance to the Niagara Falls and 3mins walk to the Casino. It was an okay stay.

Tuvimos problemas al llegar donde se alquiló 3 habitaciones con dos camas y balcón y solo dieron 2 habitaciones el gerente dio la tercera habitación con una sola cama y sin balcón porque supuestamente estaba lleno el hotel cuando se especificó que era de dos camas y andaba con una persona incapacitada y utilizaba oxígeno expidia habló con el dicho gerente pero este me dejó en la habitación de una cama no vuelvo y menos donde no se consideres lo q pagas y más con una persona incapacitado

Location, room design and layout, customer service staff was very friendly. Cleaning standards were not great. Found old coffee pods in the machine, and there were some stains in the tub and shower.

Good place to stay closer to the falls

Thin walls. Could hear our neighbor argue all night till 3am. Think they got kicked out. Could hear every toilet flush. Doors loud when shut. Kids running down the halls. Sounded like someone was also trying to check if our door was locked 3 or 4 times. Around 3am. Won't be staying at this chain of hotel again. Spend the extra 20-30 dollars a night for somewhere nicer.

The location was excellent. It was very near the Niagara State Park. We could literally just walk back and forth from the hotel to the Niagara falls.

Very friendly staff. We travelled with elderly parents. Staff made every thing possible to make our stay comfortable Very good location - just a few minutes walk to everything
