Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls

Perfect

Staff is very helpful and gives you a heads up about not having your room clean during short stays. I wish the cleaning was more thorough. I found a plastic knife left behind by previous person and stains on a towel. They do not offer complimentary coffee downstairs but you can make your own in the room using a keurig machine, if it’s working…Just a heads up, parking was $20/day 😳

Everything was great about this place. I just wish you didn’t have to pay $20 a person for breakfast. We got a voucher for breakfast because the room we originally reserved was not available when we checked in. They were short staffed and extremely busy the night before. Had it not been for the vouchers we would’ve skipped breakfast.

Loved people who serves us breakfast and dinner and receptionist were very friendly

Very convenient. So close to everything.Price is just right . Just not satisfied with parking fees . Almost perfect .

The rooms were dirty. Didnt look like they cleaned the floors crumbs everywhere. Something smeared on headboard. Big glob of gum or something on the wall. Shower just looked like it needed a good scrub. There was a cannabis rapper that fell out of the folded shower towel. Should have none when getting out of the elevator and the hallway was dirty. Elevator walls were all smeared looking and floors very dirty. Tryed asking for a laundry bag and the housekeeping lady couldn't understand a word but finally got a huge trash bag. I usually dont leave reviews but this place had a really good review and we were disappointed. Especially when traveling and getting in late tired not wanting to leave and jump around hotel to hotel just to find a clean place to stay.

Great location. Walkable to the falls. Room was clean and spacious. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Cambria had spacious rooms and bath. The beds are clean and room felt modern. The downside of it is service. Body wash in our shower was empty and when requested they asked us to come and pick it up from reception. Staff and service are bad for such high price with no breakfast. Only a 10 min walk to state park the perk and rooms felt spacious and modern are the perks.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new and clean but noisy. The banding of the doors, corridor talks - for some reason they were very loud inside the room and waken me up. I would not recommend Cambria for anybody recovering from jet lag. Paid parking was a hidden charge. Noisy.

The location was excellent .5 minutes from the park. 2 minutes from the casino. Restaurants was in walking distance it exceeded my wife's expectations for our anniversary Microwave in room. Not complaining. Because it was a priceless stay

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations and were fast with all requests. Will definitely stay here again!
