Nice place short walk to the falls

Room was clean, the bath tub was clogged and dirt was coming up from the drain which we didn’t allow for a shower the tv kept turning on on its own thru the night. Which kept waking me up called front desk and they unplugged it. Shower upon closing it a surge of hot water spewed out and scolded ny mom. The staff was very understanding and verr respectful.

The office was always full of people. The Lady who checked us in was very hard to understand. The tour lady was very helpful. Suggested places for dinner and other places.

Unexpected charges made this a frustrating stay. Expedia did not mention parking fees and other taxes.

Staff was all amazing and extremely friendly. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, we were always greeted with a friendly hello. Also all the little ducks hidden in the lobby was the hilight of my kids morning/day to hunt for them.

Location is great. The property condition is very old and needs updating. Our bathtub was peeled, the wallpaper paper coming off and bathroom door is very old. The front desk is very helpful.

Rooms were clean. Property is in need of some repairs and general maintenance. The bed was terrible and uncomfortable. Other than that, for the price a good hotel.

Nothing special about this hotel. Stay was okay. Overall experience was okay.

We didn’t have hot water in our room. We called, they weren’t very attentive. We were only staying 1 night on a roadtrip from Massachusetts to Missouri. We really would’ve loved to have a hot shower after 12+ hrs of driving. Clean room otherwise and located perfectly for access to the falls.

This hotel was extremely dirty. For over $200 per night, I did not expect this level of filth. We were excited to use the pool, but the water and pool area were both clearly dirty, so we decided against it. Our room was in need of a serious deep clean. It smelled strongly of tobacco, the shower was covered in grime and hair, and there were dead insects on the air conditioner and windowsill. The only positive was the view from the room and proximity to the state park. Also - be prepared to pay an additional surprise "hotel fee" and parking fee upon check in.
