Weird kind of smell in room, no conditioner at all.

Nothing fancy, very standard, persons cleaning the rooms were very pleasant, reception area definitely needs a face lift, reception personnel were kind enough and got the job done but certainly could have dressed and behaved in an improved professional manner. Same for breakfast personnel. Poor reception for room television. I didn’t use the pool. Definitely no more than a 3 star experience.

Room were not cleaned properly. Towel had hair and bathtub was holding water. They charged $15 for parking. Only 1 lift was working and people were waiting for 5 minutes sometime to go to their room.

Stayed here for a birthday weekend with my bestie. Walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park, ample on-site parking, and impressive breakfast buffet were big pluses! Cleanliness of the room was just OK. DirectTV did not work. Shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, but it looked like someone had spilled one of them on the floor between the tub and the sink, and it was never cleaned up. Also noticed a questionable stain on the ceiling (EEW!). My mattress was upside down--the pillow top was on the bottom! The front desk didn't answer the phone, so went down in person and was told that there were no maintenance people available, but they did send up their tiniest housekeeper to assist. She and I managed to flip the mattress, and she quickly re-made the bed. After that correction, the mattress was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep! Overall, the positives (price, location, parking, good breakfast) outweighed the minor annoyances. Decent value for the money, especially for families on a budget.

Pretty sure we would say this was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. First off photos show rooms with carpeting when booking and there was no carpeting and floors in room made your feet dirty right away. Housekeeping was also listed as daily but it was not. We stayed for four nights so on the third day we were supposed to get housekeeping and when we arrived back to our room after 6pm, beds were stripped, bedding and all towels were thrown on floor and room was not cleaned. We spoke to front desk who originally said housekeeping staff was gone for the day and then eventually tracked someone down to come and clean our room. A lot of staff didn’t know about services they offered like a free pass that they were supposed to provide for a shuttle around town, only one woman was helpful and I wish I had gotten her name but I didn’t. We asked about body soap for the shower but were told it was on back order. Dresser drawers never stayed closed so we had to wedge a towel in there for it to stay closed. Bathroom was outdated, toilet seat didn’t stay put as you sat but at least shower water was always hot. There is complimentary breakfast- you get stale cereal, no non dairy options for milk that I saw, crappy coffee, eggs, sausage, pancakes and you can make toast. Definitely don’t expect it to be the best out there but it’s edible. Also says it’s soundproof walls but not the case as we heard upstairs & nextdoor noise clearly and constantly. I just think it’s falsely advertised overall.

Everything is very nice, clean, organized, all is good

We asked for our room to be cleaned a day early. We arrived home that evening and nothing was touched. I followed up at the front desk and asked for a cleaning the next day and when we arrived home the room again was untouched. We had four days left for our stay. We left and went home the next day. Poor customer service.

Front staff was kind. Breakfast was great and coffee was available all day. The hotel however is very dirty. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered anything like that. There was dried liquids on the walls in the bathroom. The floors in the room turned the bottom of my socks brown. The hallways and elevators were dirty. The location was great to walk to the falls and the mist. This hotel could be amazing if they focused on cleanliness and housekeeping.

The room was decent. The door was awful to open kept getting stuck. We booked 3 rooms and were placed right next to each other, which was nice since a previous multiple room stay we were separated. The kids used the pool and loved it. The staff were nice and friendly. We paid 22 for two cars parking and the day was checked out 11am we were able to leave our cars parked there all day while we toured the falls. Breakfast lacked for small children

2. I had to fix the handle on the toilet so it didn't keep running trying to fill the tank 3. There was a tear in the lampshade by the beds ... we didn't use the light 4. We could not figure out how to use the 2 remotes for the tv. I requested help from the front desk and was told they would send someone to help us but no one came to the room. 5. The beds and the room were clean 6. Breakfast was okay

Disgusting! The property in general was more of a motel. The room was not clean and the not read upon our arrival.

My husband found a cockroach crawling out from behind the mirror in the bathroom. They did change our room but I was just not comfortable. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Remote did not work for the tv. I had 3 children with us. Ugh!!!!!
