Room not properly cleaned

Great

We were a party of 5 & 2 room reservations. The TV in one room did not work and took 1 hour to get fixed. The on site worker was dressed inappropriately displaying 1/2 of his behind 6inches& no underwear to cover this discussing bareness! The curtains displayed much aging. I’ve used Expedia many years & never suffered these issues!

This property is very tired. Not particularly clean. A number of fittings in the room were broken or in need of repair. Okay for a quick overnight stay but would not recommend.

The bathroom was dirty, holes in the walls and ceiling. Pool looked quite uninviting, breakfast was so so

The cleanliness and maintenance of our room are severely lacking. There are piles of dust and hair in the corners, the furniture is chipped, the shower curtain hooks are broken, the toilet bowl is leaking, and the room safe does not lock. Furthermore, the sheets are in terrible condition, and despite booking for three people, we were only provided with two bath towels and one washcloth. Additionally, the in-room phone is broken, forcing me to walk down three floors to the front desk just to request towels. The high-speed internet advertised on hotel's website is spotty, with download speeds of only 3 Mbps and upload speeds of 1.5 Mbps. The heated pool is unheated and murky. Finally, the breakfast area is overcrowded, noisy, and understaffed; the staff are rude, and the tables have not been cleaned once during our three-night stay. DO NOT BOOK this hotel

The staff performed well, yet the overall stay was poor, beginning with a dirty elevator and poor room condition. The washroom lacked ventilation, and the room failed to block light completely. Breakfast choices and space were restricted.

Room door stuck unless you learned trick on how to open. There was only one waste basket in the room. Breakfast was good but no variety, same every day. Only 2 elevators and one was out of order, per staff had been out for 8 days when we arrived for our 3 night 4 day stay.

Cons: - No free Wifi - They provide only 3 towels per room (even you book for 4 people) - No room service, you have to go to desk to grab things like towel, toilet paper etc. - Parking $10 per day, not a deal breaker considering location

To start off the property on the outside looks very nice clean accommodating. When you walk into the hotel is very clean looking like a normal hotel wood. The hotel room itself beds were clean put together. The floor was nice and clean put together. The only problem that we had was the bathroom the shower walls look like it had mildew or mold on them so therefore, my husband and I could not take a shower and if we did take a shower, which I did the first night I was very careful not to touch the walls the shower amenities like the shampoo and conditioner had what looked like dirt or mildew still on them. The bathroom was the most inclean bathroom I have ever seen at a hotel ever and that needs to be taken care of immediately.

No one came to do housekeeping on the three days we stayed there.

Bathroom door handle was jammed. Very dirty bathroom . Very noisy. There was old music till mid night

Dirty and dusty rooms

Room and property were dirty and in a state of disrepair. Breakfast was very low quality and unsanitary. Room TV did not work.

Nice location to visit the Niagara Falls (12min walking). Breakfast is complementary and it was good. The hotel entrance needed attention, been the first impression, it was trash, spider webs and cigarretes all over. the room bathroom needed a deep clean because it had mold in the shower. Front desk lady was nice and helpful, as we check out we were able to leave our backpacks there for few hrs til we were ready to go to the airport.

Room wasn’t as clean. Missing bathroom curtains. Extra couch pull out dirty with huge stains. No covers or pillows. But the over all experience was great. Amazing staff willing to help. Breakfast was light. Juice machine water down or ran out.
