The food was okay

Clean room. Quiet place.

Hotel was beautiful, check in and check out super easy, everyone was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool. Kids were super happy! Wonderful stay! Cookies were delicious and best part!

Next time will book somewhere else.

Superb

I was surprised at how satisfied I was with this hotel. It is a 15 minute walk to Goat Island and the falls. A 10 minute walk to the free trolly and less to the casino. The room was decent in size with a balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The room was ready and for $35 we got in at 8:30am. The restaurant was pretty decent. The food wasn’t 5 star but good enough. The grounds in back provide a nice park with walking trails to the river. The elevator worked well and was fast. All in all a good stay.

The location is great, and the property is well maintained

It is near the falls There are too many spiders and when complained to the manager he answered (the spiders are outside on the window we can not do anything) I asked to call someone to clean the windows at least as the view is terrifying and making me under stress! And he replies ( I have spiders on my car also we can not do anything) ! Excuse me I did not ask wether is he comfortable or not ! Then I asked, what if they came inside the room, he answered ( impossible, never happened) and guess what ! It happened to me !!!!! Literally I couldn’t sleep the nights at all ! Posted a picture of a spider inside the room and another one on the window, and imagine at night, you will have not less than 10 on your window!!

Great location. Easy to walk to Niagra Falls, Maid of the Mist and even was able to cross the bridge into Canada by walking there and back to the hotel. The hotel room itself was not as high end as I expected, table had water stains and a cabinet had obvious water damage by fridge. Bed was comfortable but nothing felt luxurious.

Near the park, every place we wanted to visit was a walking distance.

The view The dead bugs on the ceiling, cobwebs on the patio, paying for parking and having to unplug the jacuzzi to make it stop
