Nice place. Great location. We would stay here again. Price was excellent

Everything was great, nearby the falls we went to the attractions walking. And we would like to thank the receptionist Cameron for his patience and hard work

Room was somewhat good, but the terrible thing is - this hotel does not have the elevator! We had to carry the luggage bags over the stairs. And the most pathetic part is microwave in the hallway area, seemed like it's not cleaned since years.

Worst ever experience even they don’t provides us a single bottle of water and the room was dirty

Nothing about the hotel. Staff was very rude and you don’t get what you pay for.

The hotel is close to Goat island. Its location is excellent for exploration of Niagara falls that can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car. There is a pool in the hotel. Breakfast included. The room for breafast is rather small, so one should come early.

The staff was hurried and unapproachable. Breakfast was minimal and crowded. Very limited parking, baby skunk by the overflowing dumpster.

No coffee in the room, no coffee in the common area outside of breakfast hours. No hot breakfast, no microwave in the room.

The staff was kind and helpful, no issues with checking in or out. In the room, it was very humid and there was mold in the shower. It also smelt like mildew throughout the room and felt very damp. Otherwise, the bed linens and towels were clean and the AC worked well. The breakfast was also a nice amenity and the selection was more than I was expecting.

Location is near the park. Carpet smell. Room is small and AC is noisy all night. No water in the afternoon. Breakfast is at most mediocre.

Rate per night was good

no breakfast, it was just coffee and bread.
