The room was clean, there was a reasonable water flow in the shower. There was a terrible smell of dampness from the carpet. Americans must learn to air out their rooms.

Plenty of parking even though you’re charged for it. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were constantly hot even with control of the AC. And it was stated that there is a $250 damage fee added to base price at check out. Now we’re only getting $60 even though there were no damages to the hotel.

No breakfast

Wifi doesn't work, even when you connect. It doesn't load anything not even Google.

Location was good Staff, value for money, room service cleaned the room and did not leave new towels the coffee making facilities are inadequate understand the hotel is under renovation but work started very early in the morning all in all thoroughly disappointing there are many choices closer to the falls and better value for money so if you can please avoid this place

The property was in the middle of a renovation. It was a nice hotel to stay at and I’m sure once the renovation is done, it will be even nicer.

Bathroom was not clean and wash basin sink was not draining properly. I booked the room for 6, it was good only for 4.

The room I think you shoud provide some direction when the car enters and we coudnt spot the main entrance and our luggage was dropped close to swimming pool back side and we were waiting for long time to get inside.

I booked a room for myself and my two daughters, and the check-in process went smoothly. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel was undergoing major renovations, which was not expected. The room initially assigned to us had a significant water leak. When I notified the hotel staff, they attempted to clean the affected area, but the leak had not been contained and the carpet was already soaked. Due to the condition of the room, I requested to be moved to a different room to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

The first surprise was that the entire outdoor seating area shown in the photos was under renovation and completely closed. This was never mentioned before our stay, and it significantly changed the overall experience. We booked a room advertised for 6 guests, but it clearly wasn’t equipped for that many people. The sofa bed was practically unusable. You could feel the metal bars through the mattress, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We asked two different front desk employees for a mattress topper or any type of extra padding. The only thing they offered was a thin blanket, which made no difference. I even contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed the hotel would bring something to help—but nothing ever arrived. The room itself also wasn’t stocked for the number of guests it was supposed to accommodate. There were only enough towels for three people, coffee and tea for two, and the conditioner dispenser was empty until the next day after we called. To make matters worse, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were visible stains inside the toilet. The air conditioning also didn’t work correctly. No matter how low we set the thermostat, the room would not cool below about 71–72°F. The biggest disappointment wasn’t just the condition of the room—it was that none of our concerns were actually resolved, even after speaking with the fron
