Large room, very comfortable beds and pillows!!! Close to Niagara Visitor Centre. 10 minutes by car. Acceptable breakfast. Parking place at the hotel. It costs. Friendly staff. The internet was very very bad.

The front desk staff was not very helpful the manager was. There was no water to fill up a reusable water bottle except a drinking faucet in the gym with a slight stream or the bathroom sink. Bottles for close to 4.00 each for sale of course. The drink dispenser in food area not set up for filling up a bottle either. Housekeeping was helpful and the breakfast staff. Property walking distance to the Falls. That was excellent. The casino across the street was fine some nicer restaurants. It was a great trip overall.

Nice and simple. Great for a family on a budget. I like a higher-class hotel.

Rooms are Very Clean and comfortable The pool is very small compared to the photos and it was very dirty.

Air conditioning, Kind staff, Free additional towels, decent breakfast spread Distance from Niagara falls - better off with a cab if you have a kid. Bottled water has to be purchased

The stay was wonderful. Parking was super cheap, and the breakfast had lots of options. Some things in the room were slightly dirty when we first checked in (dirty towel, small stains on sheets, etc.) Great and cheap stay if you’re looking for a place in Niagara for a few nights! Just a 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions!

Hotel was nice. However the one in charge of breakfast should take a closer look on how old the breads are. My Mom has eye problem and she was about to eat bread with molds. If another customer didn’t tell my Mom, then my Mom toasted and ate bread with mold. The breakfast person said she didn’t see it, dies she has eye problem like my Mom or she’s just careless what customer eat. Overall, the hotel was nice.

The breakfast was great. The people who work in that area really work hard. The location was great too cause you could drive within minutes or walk 15 mins which wasn’t bad either. The price when I booked it was good too! The only thing I didn’t like is that in the booking pictures the pool looks very different. The pool did not look good or clear. Someone told us it’s cause they have salt water and chlorine in it. Idk it just didn’t look good. I was looking forward to going into the pool but ended up not after it looked cloudy and off color. Also, I was under the impression that you could see the Niagara Falls views or park from what I saw on booking.com. It felt like it gave a little misrepresentation. The other thing is most hotels I have stayed at breakfast is until 10. Here it was until 9.

The hotel itself was good. The issue is the location and surrounding. The area it is in is very run down and sketchy. not much they can do about that.
