Great hotel. Clean and close to falls

no Veg options for breakfast

The first thought upon arrival was are we safe. The hotel and staff are delightful. The breakfast could have been better. The sausage patties and eggs were cold. The trash cans should be bigger in the rooms. We missed the blackout shades in the room. All and all everything else was great.

The location is perfect if you plan to go to the falls. Decided to go see the 10 pm fireworks last minute and was able to get there really quick. The hotel was okay too. The breakfast was a bit mediocre.

Did get to stay at this hotel due to a booking issue. Even after getting the name switched did not let me check in. Not very helpful with a solution.

The pool was small, but okay for a couple people at one time.

This hotel is wonderful. Jenn at the front desk made us feel welcomed and comfortable since the moment we walked in. We were a little nervious about the neighborhood with a boarded up house a couple of buildings away, but we did not have any issues and we walked to the falls (even at night for the fireworks). The room was very clean and comfortable. We needed elected not to have housekeeping and needed an extra towel and toilet paper which they keep right at the front desk for you to grab (which is so convenient for someone who hates to ask). The breakfast was delicious with tons of different hot and cold foods. My favorite was the Greek yogurt bar...yum. They have coffee (milk and creamer) Available 24/7. When I asked about decaf, they made sureitwas there our entire 4 night stay. We will definitely be adding Fairfield to our list of hotels to stay at.

Waffle were great, Eggs not so great. Cheese had weird taste. Stinky Dumpster smell in parking lot.

We liked the location as it was walking distance to the falls. Breakfast was good though would have preferred some warm Indian item as there were many families from India. Daily Housekeeping would have allowed cleaner bathrooms.

Short drive to Niagara Falls State Park. Too far to walk to Niagara Falls State Park.

Great staff and spacious room for my family of 5. Right down the street from Niagara state park and the Canadian border
