We had 7pm dinner reservations, barely had time to get ready, and no one even apologized, which would have been enough. On a side note, there is nothing open 24 hours to even get a cup of coffee. Not even a casino bar.

Had no complaints really felt like money well spent.

Rooms are very spacious & clean. Many options for food at the resort.

The room was pretty clean and a good size. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was very minimal. Not a lot of choices for the price ($24.99).
-
There was no breakfast I requested regular coffee to make in my room, staff stated there were none available.

It was great

One big concern was the lobby had a very strong smell of cigarette or cigar. Very interesting because I didn’t see anyone smoking and it was only by the lobby.

How nice it was and the convenience to Niagara Falls. The cigarette smoke, although it’s a casino the cigarette smoke is strong. I guess after staying in smoke free hotels for so long I wasn’t expecting it to smell so strong.

Nice view from the window, spacoius room, comfortable beds The mirrors also had streaks. We travelled as a family of four and there were not enough towels and toiletries for everyone, I called them, they promised to bring more but noone did :( We visited their swimming pool area and had unpleasant experience there. After using the hotel's swimming pool and hot tub, my daughter's bright blue swimsuit was completely ruined, it became faded, grayish. It was in perfect condition before she used the pool. Other two swimsuits also stained with discoloration. There was noone to tell about the problem immediately, no staff on duty, so I took the photo and next day we reported a problem to the manager. We asked them to investigate whether there was an issue with the pool or hot tub water chemistry because we could feel the strong smell of chemicals while we were there. It took them more than a week to tell us that everything was just fine and probably this was the problem of swimsuit manufacturer not theirs. We found this response disappointing, as our swimsuits were not damaged before using their facilities.. A few days before that we stayed in MGM casino resort in Springfield and enjoyed their swimming area and hot tub as well and everything was just fine. The extent and nature of the discoloration strongly suggest that the water chemistry, including chlorine or other chemicals used in the pool or hot tub was inappropriate but they said that it was OK My daughter was so dissapointed as this was the first season she was wearing her swimsuit and she had to throw it away! :(

Overall, my stay at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino was decent. The room was large, comfortable, and had a great view for the price. However, the cleanliness could have been better, and some of the staff were not as friendly or helpful as I expected. Still, considering the room size, view, and price, I would say it was a fair stay with some areas that could definitely be improved.
