Great view of the fireworks at Niagara Falls.

Found hair all over the bathroom when moved in. Room was not clean at all. Smelled like cigarette's

I wish they had more pillows. I woke up each day with the worst backache. I asked for more pillows but was told they didn't have any more. the breakfast buffet was substandard. i should have just ordered room service. the pancakes at the buffet were too thin and barely cooked. no toast available either, and the potatoes were not fried. looked like a pile of boiled plain potatoes. Next time will need to eat elsewhere or try room service. Room was excellent, our view was beautiful. staff was courteous.

This hotel is very pretty and it has the best location very close to the Niagara Falls park just down the road. Room was clean and it has dining options too.

The shower was broken, bathroom sink clogged and wasn't very helpful in accomodating me in the right room... Overall it was a 3/5

We enjoyed staying at the casino on a very cold weekend visiting the falls. Seneca has a few restaurants that were good. we had a suit on the very top floor with a big jacuzzi tub in the corner of the room overlooking the city. You cant really see the falls from there but you can see the mist. The room was clean but the tub i recleaned myself and the appearance was a little run down ,the power button fell off in the tub. i had to fish around to find it to drain the tub. I brought some bubble bath and it was the best warm escape on a very cold rainy weekend. I would stay again.

Very nice stay, nice clean and comfortable room, we ate at Three Sisters on late menu. Service and food were very good. The only negative was there were lots of smokers hanging around outside the front entrance and we had to walk through cigarette smoke to get in.

Great stay at Seneca Niagara Hotel & Casino! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Property is well maintained and the casino was very enjoyable. Plenty of amenities and restaurants as well. Would definitely come back to stay at the Seneca Casino & Hotel.

We were on the 10th floor and the cigarette smoke was horrible
