The staff were great. The rooms are extremely old to the point of the doors are beaten up and not fully functional the carpet is very old. They try to keep it clean but since it is old you can smell the oldness. Location is prime. I wish I was told that there is a parking fee and the aminties fee at the check in time. The amount was significant. Overall it is very kids oriented and welcomed place.

The hotel was updated, clean and nice. Slept comfortably, pools and hot tub/gym also nice. 30$ a night parking fee if you park in their lot. No free anything, be prepared to spend money. Wait for rain forest cafe at least an hour and the restaurant is a bar and grill - do not recommend. Food took forever and then both dishes were undercooked. Manager and waitress were great though.

I had booked the property with my husbands card and name and upon check in my daughter gave her card. Same last name same account and she was very rude and said she shouldn’t give us the room because he wasn’t with us. I’ve never heard of this and have never had that problem before. She was not nice about it. We did get the room but it was already paid for.
