Terrible services. The team at the front desk are overwhelmed. They are unable to provide the minim services required for a Hyatt hotel.

I paid a lot for the hotel and extra for my dog. Our room was dirty, the bathroom counter was broken on the side and the toilet paper is completely thin. For what I paid I expected better. The location was good for the Falls but other than that I’d go elsewhere next time.

Rooms were clean and everything accessible within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and did not get cleaned or clean towels until Friday afternoon. Check out on Saturday. Everything else was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls. Just know that you must request daily maid service if you want that; it’s by request only. Hotel is next to Niagara Park; an ideal location. Staff was terrific, room was very comfortable, clean, and best water pressure EVER for showers!!

Our family stayed for overnight only but it was a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had good selections. Great amenities and walking distance to the falls. Parking was across the street in a building and they validate but since we had a big van (12 sitter van), the person in the front desk was very kind and courteous for letting us park the car within the facility.

to the horseshoe falls. Excellent location with gift shops and plenty of small food places within 2 blocks. We stayed two nights early June 2026. Be sure to sign up for the over the falls tour. It is fantastic if you're visiting this area.

Very good location! Extremely expensive for what you get. For $400 per night I expected at least complimentary bottled water, but there wasn’t any. The bedsheets were worn. The breakfast for extra fee was poor. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, especially in the breakfast area. Overall there was nothing that felt associated with the Hyatt brand.
