Location, friendly staff Towels were never changed. English muffins were already prepared with egg or bacon and egg. No sausage or bagels

Location It was dirty. The remote looked like plum sauce was spilt all over it and it wouldnt even turn on the tv. I had to go to the front desk get a new one. No apologies. The cover of the A/C was broken off and there was stains on the pillow case. Luckily no bed bugs.. I had to check. Had to use the stairs case outside our room thought it lead outside it did not.. it was a mess safety hazard.

Good location. Very friendly staff. The room was renovated but not the washroom floor did not match the decor. Breakfast hours should be longer. It was busy.

Loved the location and I really appreciated the free parking and breakfast. The hotel is not fancy but the rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were not the most comfortable. Very firm, but some people like that. We also only had 1 working elevator during our stay, and that caused some delays.

I liked the service and proximity to every location I wanted to visit The breakfast was off, it seems more like we were begging to have the breakfast, it use to be be better and that was the major reason I have been using there for years now

Location is good. Free parking is a perk. Hotel claims to have renovated in the last few years. Rooms are okay, but beds are awful. They are old and worn out. Very uncomfortable. Feeling mislead. For the price, expect a bit more Staff were not overly pleasant. Not rude or anything but got a vibe they were not happy to be there.

Nothing about the breakfast did I like. The breakfast was terrible. No banana or fruit options, no ice water. Water came from a plastic container poured by a worker.
