Location and staff and the included breakfast. Staff is very friendly and understands your needs. Staff makes attempts to help you in anyway they can It's old facility. The TV was quite old, was operating extremely slow, hardly had any channels ti watch. I couldn't even connect my laptop to the TV. Bathroom facilities are ok ok. I did see a centipede on the bathroom wall which kind of scared me

The bed is very comfortable and it is very quiet in the building. Because of family circumstances and live away from Niagara we had to come a few times this year and we were always pleased with our Accommodations at the Glengate Only improvement would be a bigger breakfast.

Convenient location. Great helpful staff at the reception and at the breakfast. Parking lot gets pretty full. But we managed to get a parking spot both nights.
