Close to things to do Bathtub was peeling, no microwave and the view was not good. Balcony faced part parking lot and having to look at back of building with trash containers.

Great location to everything we wanted to see. We were placed on a first floor room next to the elevators, it was noisy at times. The included breakfast was confusing since they now offer a breakfast buffet as well.

Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent Keurig coffee maker in the room. Comfortable bed. Comfortable temperature in the room without needing to fiddle with a thermostat. GREAT location a short walk from a great view of Niagara Falls. Cold water faucet in the bathroom was not working. Room was a bit noisy due to its first floor location across from elevator.

Close to the falls and restaurants Not enough parking. My room key kept not working. I would go to the front desk to have it reactivated. Then the next morning I’d go to use it and it wouldn’t work again. Tub/shower combination also had very slick floor. Small in room refrigerator was not very cold.

Breakfast has changed in the last year , booked this hotel because of the great Breakfast , prepaid for it , they changed it to a disappointing buffet

Location was great, room was great, enjoyed the balcony and large jetted tub. Parking access was a little confusing ,had to enter into an attached paid lot and drive around pillions and ropes and at times the lot was blocked off completely by ropes, large trucks and metal gates. If the front desk explained how to enter the lot, other than saying park around the back, it would have been less confusing. The free breakfast was only available starting at 8am, I was there for a marathon event and would have liked to have access a bit earlier.

I appreciate a clean space and friendly staff. They provided an onsite parking pass when we arrived early, which allowed us to start site seeing. They also provided a room upgrade when our single queen room wasn't available at check in time. We did the breakfast upgrade and really enjoyed it.
