The location is AMAZING! I cant say its a 4 star hotel honestly

The "clean my room" sign is white and states please clean my room in big bold letters, in French. The flip side is black and says "shhh do not disturb" in big bold letters, in French. However, the cleaning staff seemingly are both illiterate and color blind because if you hang any sign they "understand" it as "do not clean my room". We believe this is a bald faced lie and is simply an excuse to be lazy and shirk off their work. This is unacceptable at a 4 star hotel - either train the cleaning staff better or fire the current ones and get new people who will actually do their job.

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The location is excellent. The only issue was that my room was much smaller than my friend’s despite having the same booking. Overall, the hotel is great and I would stay here again

The breakfast was more than adequate, lots of choice and the staff are professional and friendly The room was overlooking a train station and there was a little noise from the trains

The hotel was nice and in a very convenient location close to the train station and city center. The personnel was incredibly nice and cheerful, and that really made an impression.

With big, heavy luggages it makes everything easier. And if you want to travel with the train back and forth from/into other cities nearby, especially if you need to be on time, then it's very convenient. It's still not far from the old part of the city and the coast, if you want to visit them. The breakfast was nice, lot of different things to eat/drink. The stuff was also very nice. Everything clean, and good. I could sleep with earplugs, so the noises from the street/trains didn't disturb me at all! (Without earplugs it would have been difficult) I liked the fridge in my room! -

Not much. Downtown location Wasn’t what was advertised on booking.com. Advertising and booked 2 interconnected rooms with 2 single beds. Got there no such rooms existed- staff confirmed this. Booking.com needs to verify before advertising rooms which don’t exist. Completely misleading customers and disappointing Booked a twin bedroom and a small double offered.

Location near train was good and near monoprix for snacks and just off main st in Nice Room was very small and cramped for two, thought I'd have a balcony but was overlooking courtyard at back

Very central location, clean room, went also to the sauna. Had a good breakfast at the hotel. Very close to the train station. Kind staff. Satisfied Just a little noise from the train station nearby, but not critical.

The room was not clean, the carpet was really dirty, and the room was really small

Upon arrival in my room, I discovered that it was connected to the adjacent room through an interconnecting door. When I reported this to reception, I was told that “housekeeping had forgotten to lock the connecting door.” Had the other room been occupied that night and had I not noticed, this could have led to a very serious situation. Additionally, the shower was clogged and the water would not drain, which resulted in the bathroom being flooded. When I tried to call reception for assistance, I realized that the phone in the room was not working. I had to clean up the water myself using two bath towels. When I raised all these issues with the receptionist at check-out, her only response was, “I know.” There was no apology or any form of acknowledgment beyond that. Furthermore, if you are already aware of these issues and shortcomings within your hotel, why are they not being properly addressed?

Nobody clean our room and make even our bed. They didn’t refill toilet paper I had to go to reception and they gave me two toilets paper to take myself.

It was perfect in every aspect. This is a 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. Everything is thoughtfully designed, starting with the incredibly kind and welcoming staff - every single one of them. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we even found helpful tips and recommendations displayed in the elevator. Our room was elegant, spotless, and cleaned every day. Each time we returned, the beds were neatly arranged, which made it feel especially comfortable and cared for. You can really feel that the hotel genuinely wants its guests to have the best experience. On one of the rainy days, we even found a bucket full of umbrellas in the lobby for guests to use - such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel. I liked everything.
