The hotel is very comfortable. The room (double room with sofa bed and balcony and sea view ) has everything you need. The staff is very polite and always ready to help with any issues. The garage is located beneath the hotel building; there is no elevator, but luggage can be unloaded right at the entrance. We booked our parking space in advance. Breakfast is very good. There can be some noise from the road in the evening. We enjoyed everything. Thanks to Alyona (receptionist) for the hospitality.

location is great and the staff in the reception are great the value of money is not worth at all, there was nothing special about this hotel its old but renovated, however its still not well renovated, its ovarlly packed and it still feels old, the quality bad, the amount of money we paid we could've have gotten something way better. the view was in the inside not even outside on the road or the sea. wouldnt stay here again. I also feel bad for the staff in the front desk they are overwhelmed with everything but it seems like the management dont care.

excellent location - great spacious room i expected from a 4 stars hotel a bath robe bigger towels and stuff like cotton tige shower cap good shampoo conditioner body lotion etc.

Great location on the Promenade Des Anglais and close to everything. The staff were very helpful. The hotel halls are dated and the cleaning staff keeps them very clean

The location couldn’t get better and the staff members will make you feel at home. The facilities are old and not what it looked like in the pictures.

I did not like the fake free mini bar. And America mini bar is not two sodas an orange juice and a water.

Location perfect. Close to everything and the ocean Very clean and roomy, we had the room overlooking a park and ocean. Staffs are quite friendly and efficient. None!

Free drinking water! And exceptional location There are some broken glass pieces in the balcony.

The view is irreplaceable,you don't have to walk much to the beach . Due to the room renovation it was a little loud

It just doesn’t seem like a good value. I paid over $550 a night and there wasn’t even body lotion in the room. There was body lotion on a wall by the elevators. I just thought that was so tacky. There was no rooftop terrace or pool or anything that you would find in a nice hotel. Instead of water bottles in the room, there was a water fountain in the hallway with paper cups if you wanted cold water. They did have a couple of sodas and juices in the mini fridge.

Friendly and helpful ladies at reception, let us use rooms early. Hotel is right in the center of everything. Run-down room, with bare basics. I stayed during low season but can imagine that place gets really noisy during summer months.
