Absolutely perfect location in the heart of Nice. 2 min walk to the beach. The hotel is situated in the area with lots of restrants and bars. Small kiosk close by. There is no reception but we didnt have a problem accessing the property. Instructions were given very precisely in the welcome email. Parking is available for 15euros/day. Double room was clean and quiet. Aicondition. Cooking possibilities in the common kitchen. Coffee machine in the lobby. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book this hotel when visiting Nice in the future. Can't really think of anything.

Location was definitely the best part about the hotel, five minutes from the beach and also near the city center with all the restaurants. AC was also very strong. a few days before the arrival the hotel sent a message that they will not change the sheet and towels for us and they only do that for guests staying for longer than seven days. I found that quite outrageous, the hotel demands additional fee of 7€ for changing the bedsheets and towels! I understand that changing sheets and towels every day is not optimal, but every other day or at least once every three days should be an industry standard! There is no mini-fridge in the room, and this “tiny” detail was noticeable when we were trying to keep our beverages cold in the hot Nice summer. On our fifth day we ran out of liquid soap and the trash was not taken out, the hotel is cutting corners to the point where it does not feel like they were even fulfilling their basic duties. There is also no hangers on the balcony to hang out bathing suits, space in the bathroom was not enough and it was quite humid there for the bathing suits to dry completely during the night.

Location was great in walking distance from Old Town The kettle was missing from the room even though it appears in the room description. The balcony didn't have any sitting area.
-
Our rood didn't have a proper window. It was facing the stairs, which was bizarre.

Coffee maker was broken

Location eas excellent Easy to get to beach and restaurants 15 min walk to train station Room was pretty large Requested towel refresh and received acknowledgement , at additional cost , and it never hapoened. Tried to contact reception by phone in lobby and no one answered. Air conditioning not working nearly as well as it should have been

I had a pleasant stay overall thanks to the hotel's fantastic location—surrounded by great restaurants and offering excellent value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again on a return trip to Nice. However, there were two significant issues: Check-in Hurdles: The self-check-in process was very frustrating. Despite having used similar systems before, the email instructions were unclear, and the physical instructions on the keypad were actually incorrect. I eventually had to use the intercom to get staff assistance just to enter the building. Connectivity: The Wi-Fi signal was quite poor; it was essentially only usable in the lobby and barely reached the room."

Amazing place! Everything was really well thought through. From self check-in, check-out, option to store your luggage after you check out on the last day. The room was clean. Beds were big and comfortable. You have built in air conditioning in the room. You have power outlet next to your side of a bed so you can charge tour phone. Also you get free coffee and tea upon checking in. We didn't know if the shower glass could open or no, it was kinda stuck which made entering and leaving the shower a little harder. But, to be honest, we never asked anyone to help us with it.

The room is a bit dated and you can hear the people from next door. A fridge in the room it would be good to have.

You screwed up my guest name and keep sent me invitation when person's stay is already over, lol

Location was great 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the kitchen and the individual fridge that was available. Enjoyed the auto coffee maker that was always available. Nothing

There were stains on the walls and carpets but overall the bedding and towels were clean.

The hotel is in good location. Also it was clean and comfortable. If you need any help, you would not be able to get it. We had some issue with the lock. I tried to call the phone at the front desk and I left a message, but nobody responded.

Can’t beat the location: on one end is the beach and on the other is tons of restaurants. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The room was in need of an update. The main lights were on a short timer and would not stay on.

There was no breakfast The carpet in room was very dirty. There was a broken light over the bed. Details that need attention.

Excellent place with unbelievable value. Location couldn't get any better. You walk down and you are in the lively Nice main tourist area on the right and the seashore with the promenade on the left. Still the hotel is hidden from the busy street in a quiet building. The room was excellent with comfortable bed, good decor, nice and clean bathroom and a large patio/balcony with retractable awning for shade. Everything was modern and looked new or rennovated. Common kitchen area is good if you want to cook food. There is also 24 hour coffee. There's minimal staff onsite. Check-in is automated with a kiosk but was straightforward. A nice quiet place to come back to after a day of exploring Nice and other French Rivera towns. Will definitely stay again if visiting Nice in future.
