The bed was a bit firm.

The staff were fabulously helpful. Especially, the young lady that booked us in. Her name escapes me at the moment, sadly. It is near to walk anywhere in Nice. If you like walking. Trams are nearby as is the train station. Hotel is clean. Rooms are spacious and we had a welcome bottle of Prosecco in both rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend.

Great location. Close to train station. Plenty of places to eat nearby and for shopping. Beach is a short walk away.

Everything except the bed had reserved a room with a large bed, but instead they had joined two single beds together. As a result, sleeping was not very comfortable because the beds would separate whenever I moved

The hotel has great staff, very friendly and helpful. The location, while close to the railway station, is a bit far from the center of Nice. The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but you need to go early, otherwise you might not find anything left. Also having pastries and water free all day is a nice touch.. Has parking but it is a bit of a walk from the lot to the hotel. The rooms need a bit more lighting. You need more staff for the breakfast as 1 person is not enough for rush hour.

We initially booked a stay for two nights, but extended our stay twice to about 10 nights. We had asked for a balcony and the staff were able to provide one on the third floor. The room was comfortable and while the balcony was small, we found it to be a bonus. We thought the location was excellent, close to the railway station and trams. We purchased a 7 day pass that covered most transportation modes, and used Nice as a base to explore the entire region. We used the tram to access the Old Town and Promenade. Staff were all friendly and helpful, but in particular Dylan stood out. Thanks! We enjoyed a breakfast once and there was a great variety. There was lemon water or filtered water available throughout the day, as well as baked snacks. There was a guitar there to play in the bar area, a nice bonus. Staff took the time to acknowledge a special birthday. We would have enjoyed a small couch in the room, but used the two provided chairs to sit on the balcony.

Nice room of a private garden. Very helpful staff and management. Excellent breakfast and a good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again!
-
I strongly recommend this hotel . Very good location , close to the train station, promenade des anglais and all attractions . Very clean and confortable . Very good value.

I didnt have a chance to eat the breakfast there but it looked delicious, the location is amazing if you are doing small trips to Cannes, Monaco etc as its close to the train station. its a bit far from the city centre.
-
Loved the walking distance to the train station! The staff was able to book our rooms all together and upgraded one of our rooms so we could be on the same floor. Not the most scenic views looking out of the hotel but it was an easy walk to the beach and tram.
-
The staff above all else. Oceane was so friendly and helpful when we arrived! And when we had a problem with someone smoking in the room next to ours, the night manager immediately offered to move us as well as called the room to ask them to stop. 100 % professional!

The property is well maintained, updated and in a nice location. The breakfast provided is very good and makes for a lovely start to the day. There’s really nothing I can say that I didn’t like about this hotel.

Fred is very helpful and good

The staff at the Hôtel Nice Azur Riviera is fantastic, even over Christmas they were all lovely, helpful and relaxed. I liked the chilled bubbly water in the lobby, and the table next to the window is a lovely spot to work while people watching. our room had a door to the neighboring room, which is great if you travel with kids, but it's not as soundproof as you might like. Also: the shower head holder was loose, so you couldn't put it at a set height: luckily the rain shower head was excellent.

The room is was a little small. The elevate was tiny too

The property is a described! Quiet, clean, walkable, safe! Most notable is the superb customer service. Clarisse, Aylan, Gary, Leticia, and the cleaning staff, or so welcoming, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our 5 nights stay memorable. N/A

Breakfast had good variety Staff speaking loudly during breakfast time , wandering with food and eating while attending the buffet seemed unprofessional to me honestly. One day of my four days the breakfast was lacking few things that was present usually.
