The location, the room was very cosy and comfortable

It was close to transportation. The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and gave us many recommendations for things to do.

Proximity to train station In general everything felt cheap and poorly designed. The toilet didn’t flush properly.

Close to the train station Our room wasn't renovated and very small therefore it didn't look like the pictures we saw. The A/C was broken, we told the staff about it and nothing was done to accomodate us. Early in the night, big amounts of water started spilling from the A/C so we had to close it and the night became very uncomfortable and hot.

staff The bedsheets and the pillowcases were stained. At 8pm there was nobody at the reception so I couldn't request to have them changed. The mattress was very worn out.

Beautiful building, loved the key code access, little touches like the bathrobe in the room made it feel like a luxury experience. The refrigerator was very welcome for a hot day to store drinks. Renovated bathroom with lovely touches such as the lighted mirror which makes you look good and the shower was redone and lovely. Great location not far from the train station and easy to walk everywhere. I had limited interaction with staff, but it was pleasant. I know the room isn't large but the absence of a small table and chair was really missed, as I had some work to do and wanted to sit somewhere and work on my computer. The bed was also really low to the ground, almost on the ground, but it was comfortable enough. The worst thing was the water pressure in the room was really low.

Everything was great.staff were great. They helped with suitcases as there is no elevator. There was a drain blockage but I didn’t complain because it was just one night. It is quite far from the sea and old town.

Beautiful apartment and building, newly renovated, spacious rooms. Great location. The stairs were a little tough to get luggage up and down. Staff did offer assistance.

If you want to be greeted at your arrival, it is not for you. In the morning there is person to check you out. Staff are very friendly.

No soap in the room. The property didn’t send me the code to get into the building. The receptionist wouldn’t let me in when I was standing at the door. The property didn’t answer my emails, or take my calls about checking in (even though he was there watching television).

Great location close to the train station. Easy check-in with a code provided to both the hotel’s front door and the room. Nice, clean room with fridge, kettle, coffee and tea; nice bathroom with toiletries. Great air conditioning. The mattress was too soft for my liking, quite thin and very squeaky. I was disappointed, as the room was otherwise really nice.
