Great location. Very close to the train station. They have a coffee and water stand in the reception area. Brightly decorated room with a lot of space.

I liked your receptionists, they were friendly, kind, helpful and professional. I did like the friendlyness of the reception staff and I really appreciated one of the ladies helping me download a program so that I could check in for my flight. I liked that the hotel is located about 10 minutes from the central train station and near many restaurants. There were several things that I did not like. One was the cost of this hotel for the services and ammenities you received as a guest. I paid a lot of money for an advertised 4 star hotel and it turned out to be the level of a hostel or 2 start hotel. The hotel is located in a run down part of town near the railway station. The foyer of the hotel has a very small reception and the lobby is just a bunch of put together round tables. The dining room is next to the reception and also is quite unattractive. The rectangular tables are just cluttered together. No imagination, no decorations and one is crowded when one eats. The breakfast was horrible. They served scrambled eggs with bacon, some cheeses, peanut butter, canned fruit and bad tasting yougurt. It was what is severed in a pension not a four start hotel.

The a/c does not work at all

Staff very helpful. Tiny elevator. Felt very claustrophobic.

The staff was really pleasant and helpful I had to switch rooms 3 times because the air conditioner was not working in all the rooms. I finally just had to deal with it because I needed to sleep.

Location Needs updating

I was able to enjoy being out under the beautiful tree to relax after a busy day out. Nothing everything was great

Great hotel near train station on Main Street but quiet inside. Warm welcome by staff with a cool drink as well as a nice sitting area in lobby with coffee machine and water. There’s an option for breakfast as well. Room had character, colorful and comfortable Wish I had booked longer

Close to the train station.

Everything was fine

The location was wonderful. Close to the train station and shopping. Unfortunately we asked for two twin beds. That didn’t happen.

I think it was a bit overpriced. Small room, kinda grubby. Toilet kept running, not all the lights worked, loud outside. Shower head was stuck at a low height and I couldn't adjust it.
-
Compact room., but had everything that was needed.
-
The property was clean and located just steps aways from the train.

Staff was great. Amenities of breakfast Fast, 24-hour coffee, tea, cocoa, water and cookies. Quiet room, wonderful window that opens. Location across from the train station, walking close to many restaurants and shops. Refrigerator in room Shower is very small, but good hot water

Nearby, there is a Lidl supermarket (very convenient for shopping), as well as a public transport stop. The hotel staff are very friendly. During check-in, they give you a small box of cookies as a welcome gift, which is very touching. In the hotel lobby, there is a free coffee machine available 24 hours a day, along with cookies. You can prepare an americano, cappuccino, etc., in just a few seconds. In addition, there is free drinking water from a dispenser, which can also provide lightly sparkling water. All of this is available 24/7. This is very convenient — great respect to the hotel for this! Moreover, the room is equipped with an electric kettle, along with tea supplies and instant coffee. The rooms are clean. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The toilet is very small — it is quite difficult to fit inside with the door closed.

Breakfast was nice, the cookies and drinks available in the lobby were a wonderful extension of hospitality. The rooms were aesthetically nice and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite and helpful, especially in English. The door to the bathroom was a little odd, and when it was opened I saw wrappers and other remnants from previous guests lying on the floor.

Location is close by Nice train station, restaurants and even the beach by walk. Property is clean, functional. Space is small but good enough with the price. Also, having coffee, snacks, and drink station with free
