There is a small fridge and coffee tea sugar that other hotels don’t have it . The bathroom was smell bad , very bad hard to breath

The location is perfect for the city of Nice No elevators. Room is small and there is a lingering smell.

The bathroom , the sound isolation in rooms

The hotel is close to the train station but about 30 minutes from the water if you’re walking. The mattress not only had a dip in the middle it was higher on one side so finding a comfortable spot to sleep was difficult. They didn’t give towels and were gone when I returned to hotel to find that out. When I finally got them they were the size of hand towels.

The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. Had to keep it closed whenever in the room. Although the room was clean and cleaned day on day during my stay, the bed sheets and pillow covers had some hair traces on them so I had to use my clothes as an overlay to sleep on them. Walls were thin so i could hear outsiders and noises in the evening. They request 100€/pers as a deposit upon checkin - considering the hotel is pretty basic and taking the above comments into account, not sure what that is for.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. Very easy to get around and many cute cafes nearby. The rooms were also spacious and very clean when we arrived. The hotel managers and staff were also very helpful and made the stay very easy for us for the few days we were there (for ex. they helped store our luggage, let us use the restroom and allowed us to serve ourselves hot and natural water throughout the day). The bathroom would get a bit dirty from there being no shower wall but the hotel cleaned every day so that helped as well.

Bed was cosy, room and toilet was clean. Staff was friendly. Good stay overall. The room was facing the main road and not very soundproof, so I could hear cars driving by at night quite well.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location was great as well, just a quick walk to the beach and had many good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, close to the central train station. Amenities in the room just simple, ok for this price. Reviews on the internet could be scary, in my experience everything was fine. The room was cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly. Security deposit was returned completely in a month. The only window in the room looked into the tiny dark courtyard. The floor in bathroom becomes wet even after a light shower. Little hint for travelers - just buy a small spounge in the nearest store and wipe the floor after the shower and you'll have dry floor under the feet.

Great location to the train. Very clean. A nice firm bed. Pleasant staff. Room had a tv, desk, small fridge and an electric pot. The room was smaller than expected but it was fine for the 3 of us. It was very quiet and we were on the first floor, just around the corner from the lobby area. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Pillows were hard. Need more hooks or a towel bar and a small shelf in the bathroom would be great. Not a huge fan of a “shower” room.

Good location, polite staff, clean, perfect for the price. Door to the bathroom is a sliding door so there is not a lot od privacy in the bathroom.

I hate everything about this property, this is the worst property ive ever been to The room is a disaster No electricity prise in the toilet Lights are bad TV turns on and off alone Loud streets and people standing all night Room doesnt have a mirror No closet No tissues Literally nothing

The shower wasn t great but not a big problem

Bathroom completely flooded after showering, weird smell whenever water was turned on, AC barely worked so was extremely hot during the night. Room was a place to drop bags and sleep but not somewhere to truly relax

A bit weird smell in the room. Water from shower leaves wet floor in whole bathroom (Not close shower, no even curtain).

Very, very kind staff, room always clean, with air conditioning. The shower doesn't have a curtain or a glass door, so whenever you take a bath the entire bathroom floor might get wet
