Excellent location close to the train station, tram stop and taxis ranks and within walking distance of the promenade des Anglais. Lobby is very welcoming with a relaxing atmosphere and lovely jazzy music. I enjoyed the breakfast. Bedroom was very comfortable, very clean and very quiet. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and it certainly won’t be the last.

Accommodation was great and the staff were exceptional. We enjoyed the morning breakfast offerings and how willing staff was to accommodate regarding our diet. N/a

I love the location right by the station and super bikeable (I travel with my Brompton) to the beach. Note: it's not walkable to the beach, but for me, it's perfect. Landromat next door & convenience store across the street.

It’s very central and easyaccess to all of nice. Train station and trams not too far. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were absolutely tiny. Barely fit the bed in let alone trying to maneuver around. Rooms 102 and 108. We couldn’t open our suitcases comfortably. Ok, if you only have minimal luggage. I guess. The bathroom was tiny. Fully functional but really wasn’t for us. I’m pretty skinny but was whacking my arms in the shower.

The shower cubicle was rotten. The Room was noisy as the window backed on to the rear of other properties..very noise A/Cs which were amplified by their location.

The location is great. The rooms are pretty comfortable.

The price of the property is very good, also the location and it was ok for 2 nights like we stayed. Cleanliness. It is ok for 2 nights and only for the low amount of time that we stayed in the accommodation (only at night to sleep), but it could be more cleaner, at least in the bathroom.

Room was small but comfortable, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The location was excellent, right by the train station. It was perfect for our trip -- we weren't in the room much except to shower and rest, but it served us well. The infrastructure was just a bit old so the shower and sink didn't drain well.

Locaton, common area and the staff are especially great /

Location is close to train station, if you plan to travel to Monaco or neighboring towns, it is convenient from this hotel. Breakfast is ok. Clean room. Far from the historic center and the promenade.

The bathroom was also spacious and spotless, and having a bathtub was a big plus. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to Nice-Ville train station and less than 10 minutes to the city center, which made getting around super easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Considering the affordable price and the facilities we got, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice. Nope, everything was perfect.

Room was constantly warm. Even if we sent ac to 19c the room.never got cooler.

Great value and locale—close to trains, shopping, restaurants. Clean, updated and well decorated rooms and lobby. I really like the overall vibe of the property. Staff were very helpful, breakfast is a good value. I would consider staying here again. Our double room was a little tight but probably normal by European standards.
