Excellent hotel with amazing sea views and prime location in Nice. We had the junior suite with sea views and it was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. We loved the location directly on promenade des anglais It is a bit expensive but we enjoyed our stay

great location & beautiful building Had to leave early so I could enjoy breakfast - was only there one night this time! Also had a city view room, first time had a sea view - worth the money!

This hotel is rated as 4 stars. While it was probably top notch in its heyday it felt more like a 3 star hotel. Facilities were fine, room was good but nothing was fantastic. If you choose a SeaView room it might be better. Breakfast was not good. Lots to choose from but could have been better.

The location, the rooms, the staff—we stayed there last year and had such a wonderful time that we cale back. It’s perfect for a relaxing stay with an amazing setting. We loved sitting on our balcony at night loiking out iver the coastline of Nice! Nothing!

Beautiful building, the decor, the architecture ceiling Fresnos and furniture selection in the reception areas were eye-catching! The hotel is on a beautiful scenic location and very centrally located; across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of a multitude of shopping boutiques and as many restaurants as your heart may desire! Most of all the rooms were relatively spacious and the beds slept very comfortably! When we were finally able to have.breakfast, it was very good! When we checked in, we were told Breakfast was from 7 to 11 AM, but when we got to breakfast at 10:35 the next morning, we were abruptly told that breakfast was closed; we tried to explain about being given a different time, but the woman was so rude, we knew it was pointless.

This hotel was very beautiful! The bathroom was one of the most beautiful bathrooms ive ever seen. Nice France was breathtaking . Well be back ! If i had to choose something and this would be nit picking, the water didnt seem hot enough and the shower was not closed in so water gets everywhere.

View was amazing. Loved the little balcony. Staff was very nice and provided a fan quickly when we asked for one. There are not very many electrical outlets near the bed so it was hard to charge our phones. No shower curtain/glass to water got everywhere when we showered.

This is a beautiful property in the perfect location on the Promenade. The staff is kind and helpful and will take care of all your needs. This was our second time staying here and will be our go to hotel for future visits. Walk everywhere to shops and restaurants and explore all Nice has to offer. NA

Location No air conditioning, the beds are not comfortable, the TV cable is really bad, the internet is slow, they don't have electric plugs on both sides of the bed so only one person can charge the cellphone

Wonderful location!! Beautiful building from the early 1900’s ❤️. Clean and comfortable. The thermostat in the rooms do not work independently ? I asked and they explained to me that the whole hotel is under one HVAC system so you can not make your room colder. I had to sleep a couple of nights with my window open to get the fresh air from the outside (nights were in the 50’s at the time of my visit) ?

It’s in a really good location on the seafront and a stroll away from the main attractions. The breakfast is also very good. The beds are great as I like them firm. The rooms are not soundproof, so you hear people and traffic noise all night. Bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones. The double glazing doesn’t really work. I was also mischarged on my bill. They did sort this out but it took a few days.
