Location was perfect on the promenade/beach and walkable to old Nice. Only one thing. No gym.
-
Proximity to the beach and good value for money. Some room for improvement- the elevator door was filthy, the bathroom needs some maintenance, and general appearance of hotel could use some upkeep.

This is my second stay in France and the second time in the same hotel, and the best of the best place on earth to embody equality, fraternity, and liberty. You can't explain; the words are just not enough. NA

Location, comfortable and staff was helpful. I suspect it was priced accordingly for the area but it was an expensive 3 nights.

Quite possibly the worst mattress and pillows I’ve ever used. Not even a fitting sheet on the mattress just a flat sheet that would unravel instantly. Also Hôtel is directly across from the beach and when walking home got told to fully dress when I was just going from beach to my room in my bathers.

Great location on the promenade with a beach friendly convenience store next door. Breakfast was was excellent with a wide range of offerings and the salads offered for lunch were well priced, generous and delicious. I stayed in several different rooms— the superior room with the balcony and sea view was divine but there’s quite a bit of noise on the promenade. because it was quieter, I equally liked my double room with a city view. Highly recommend this hotel! I agree with other reviewers that the hotel could use a little updating. In my first room, the bathroom faucet was loose and falling off the sink. The hotel also regrettably doesn’t have porters to help you with your bags. When I asked for one, the desk receptionist reminded me this was only a three star hotel. With a few improvements, it could easily be a four star hotel. I nonetheless highly recommend this hotel— excellent value for the money.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as many restaurants, cafés, and shops. The hotel itself is older and could use some updates. We didn’t have the opportunity to try the breakfast, but the bar overlooking the beach is a nice feature and a great place to relax. Unfortunately, housekeeping could be more considerate. Our room was next to the housekeeping storage room, and it was quite noisy in the mornings, making it difficult to sleep in. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable. I am attaching a picture of how are beds were made. Overall, I think the hotel’s three-star rating is fair. The location is its biggest strength, but the accommodations and overall comfort leave room for improvement.

This property was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. The staff were all incredibly friendly and I would come back here for sure! Nothing

Is a bit rundown,. Met expectations due to the location.
-
Excellent location and amazing views. Very nice staff . The room was not very clean. I pointed this out to front desk as well. Not enough space to put t-shirts, socks, etc.
-
Great location, pleasant and helpful staff, Rooms were good in size when compared to others in Europe. will definitely consider again for any future trips to Nice.
-
The location, the balcony view and the room was just right The water smelled bad
-
Convenient to the beach and town. It was antiquated. The whole facility needs an upgrade. The rooms were very small. There were no clothing drawers.
-
Location The customer service very i ask for something they not bring it in the same time and the cleaning was not good
-
Pretty view from the window - no balcony, but the doors opened. The place was so plain. Staff was 'meh.' SO expensive. Noisy!
-
Location Very old building, smells very badly on the rooms floor
-
Location! Breakfast was good. While building was old the rooms were modern and had plenty of power outlets! Service at bar was spotty depending on who was working.
-
the view. staff were wonderful. location, not hotel's fault but the noise from promenade was awful, motorcycles constantly racing each other and endless traffic. had a terrace but was not enjoyable being out there because of the noise. Nice location right on beach but would not stay again because of the noise factor.
-
The location and the friendly staff! The breakfast was great! The promenade singers across the street weren’t always good!
-
You can’t beat the location - especially a “sea view” room. Wished there was a gym or pool but the promenade makes up for it.
