Smell from the bathroom. They missed cleaning our rooms and recharging coffee capsules. Close to train station with extremely suspicious people around.

Our room smelled likr fish for a whole night bc of the fish restaurant. Couldn get rid of it.

The location and proximity to the train station. The staff are amazing. Mahdi, Carmella, Carmen, JB were incredible, they made our stay more pleasurable There are no entry for cars, we had to drag our luggage from the train station towards the hotel door

It is our 2nd stay. Decoration of rooms and architecture is great. Location is great and staff is super nice and competent. We had 2 major issues in our 3nights stay. First, electricity system went down at night left us in dark. Hotel took fast action and fixed it fast in the morning. However, we had big smell issue in our romanda hallway- cooking smell either from the kitchen or restaurants outside made a heavy smell everywhere. They have changed our room to another floor but even in the new floor there was smell. I believe they have had some technical problems in their ac system because we did not have this problem in our previous stay in June.

Frying oil smell was coming oin all 3 rooms (floor 2) we rented, staff was helpful quickly got air purifier to fix it, but it was coming again next day.
