I have been ruined for all other hotels moving forward. The excellence and attentiveness of all staff members have set the bar for what I expect when staying at hotels. The concierge had perfect suggestions for dinner and events, the art was breathtaking to wander around and look at, and the comfort level of the room was heavenly. The spa services were absolutely top tier and we took advantage of the facilities every single day. The only sad part of our trip was we were slightly off season so we were too early to experience their seaside beach area. This property was the epitome of excellence.

Hotel Le Negresco is the jewel in the crown of Nice. The city of Nice itself was a little disappointing.

Le Negresco is an ornate, iconic hotel on the French Riviera, it's very beautiful property with all original pieces of art throughout the hotel. The staff went above and beyond for our stay! We had a medical issue in our party and the hotel staff did a great job getting an English speaking doctor to our room in a timely manner, offered to go to the farmacia for us to get medicine the doctor prescribed and just treated us great given the situation we found ourselves in. Beautiful, well appointed room on the fifth floor with a sea view. Great Food too! No Complaints

Great location and very friendly reception staff It’s very traditional and old, which is the style. I get it. But it needs some TLC. Lots of little bumps and scratches everywhere that should be looked after to maintain the luxurious feel the hotel is seeking to achieve. Also breakfast took forever. Repeatedly asked for a coffee that came 15 mins later. Witnessed multiple tables making similar comments to the staff about not receiving orders. This happened both days. More focus on service needed during breakfast to match service level of reception staff.

The breakfast was great, and we loved the proximity to the beach. The room itself was very comfortable and had a large amount of closet and storage space. Staff was helpful. We asked for a room with a sea view and garden view, which we had. But, we were at the end of the hallway and there wasn't much of a seaview. Not life or death. But as it was an expensive room, we would have hoped for a little better view.
