Because of the central location, it can be noisy at night, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

The location was perfect, we didn't except the room would have a nice balcony with a very romantic view to the mountains and the street underneath, and also without compromising our privacy at all. Jean-Louis at the reception was exceptional, took all the time of the world to explain us Nice with map in hand and very open to our own recommendations of what to do in the city. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception for a few hours after check out to fit our departing flight which was awesome as well. We would 100% recommend this Hotel.

The elevator was tiny and there was noise from the patrons of the restaurants below.

Great location near Place Massena, very friendly staff (especially Jean-Louis at front desk), very comfortable bed, and a private terrace with city view. Plenty of shops and restaurants along the pedestrian street in front of hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. And the hotel was in the center of everything, breakfast was very good for 9 euros. The only thing, there were no soap in the shower.

Only toiletry in room was shampoo packet. No bath soap, which people usually don’t travel with.

Great location, super friendly staff Small complaint about the excessive air freshener used in the public areas of the hotel, but thankfully not in the room. It was just way too strong and overpowering

my sister and I were surprised that our Taxi was away from the hotel because they couldn’t get close and I am handicapped so it was a horrible problem going 5060 yards to the hotel trying to drag bags and a cane. I wish we had known this because it’s nice as everything else was we would not have stayed there. It was very inconvenient for someone who is handicapped.

Location with a nice, spacious balcony to view the surroundings. It was very clean and cute. They provided me with utensils and glasses when i wanted to eat on the balcony. The noise from adjacent rooms. I get waken up too early from people talking, laughing, and even arguing each morning when I wanted to sleep over.
