The air conditioning is not working properly and there’s water leakage issue in the room. The room is pretty old style with old carpet. The bathroom is tiny and old. It also doesn’t look that clean. Water pressure in the hotel is not stable and small. The pillow is extremely uncomfortable to sleep with. You can clearly hear the noise coming from the corridor. There are quite some improvements of this hotel for the price.

The rooms were a little small. Also the bathtub was very high to get in and out of. I actually cut my foot on the edge of it trying to get my leg up high enough to get in.

This is a charming, old hotel in the center of Nice. The beds were hard and the breakfast was good but not exceptional.

The hotel was located in a good central area that allowed for ease of travel around the areas of interest and transportation was close The property looks nothing like the pictures. Those picture from many years ago and were taken by a photographer that enhanced the angles to make the room look much larger than it was. The room was tiny with no balcony, which it was shown in pictures. The property is old and tired and definitely requires a renovation. The pillows were flat and the towels were tattered and scratchy.

Location, building architecture, parking (needs to be requested in advance). Terrible smell in the bathroom that didn’t go away despite regularly opening the window. Breakfast room is tiny, food options quite limited.
