We loved that they let us keep our bags behind the front desk when we checked out and gave us towels to go to the beach. Then they let us take a shower before we left for our next flight. That was awesome.
-
Breakfast a bit repetitive.

I loved the venue. Nothing comes to mind.

The restroom is so tiny

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the courtyard was lovely.

- friendly staff - private parking - the breakfast was a fiasco. The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests this hotel can host. Seating is crammed, you’re basically rubbing shoulders with everyone. The selection of food is also scarce and the coffee not the best. Skip it and have breakfast at one of the bars/ coffee shops around the hotel. - room felt a bit outdated and in need of a makeover - no slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Very unusual for this level of accommodation.

Wonderfully curated art and design made this a hotel to remember and to recommend! Staff were amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The pool has seen better days! The lush vegetation surrounding the pool needs to be cut back, trimmed, and leave more room for the guests! Pool was covered in plant debris, leaves, seed pods, and whatever nature was shedding that day …leave a pool skimmer nearby so that staff ( or even guests) could clean the surface before wading in.

I loved it, cozy with warm helpful staff. Only a few blocks to the sea and Old Town is walkable. Step outside and the busy streets and restaurants are there. Cute jungle theme and greenery make for a peaceful place to eat or read. Nice pool. Small romantic charming dinner restaurant. Hotel small enough to give personalized attention. Need more electrical outlets.

Great atmosphere and 'vibe', quiet rooms, lovely 'jungle' garden

Rooms were clean and everything was available. Beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is super for exploring Nizza and surrounding, as not far from the train station. Rooms are a bit old and showing signs. Might need to be refurbished or renovated. Carpet here and there not super clean. Very thin walls as well, meaning at night it can happen that people can be heard walking the stairs and coming back from dinner.
-
The shower/tub was awkward and a lot of water splashed out of the tub each time we took a shower. To the point we had to use several towels to clean up.
-
We had to upgrade our room because the first was incredibly small. Breakfast was lovely and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a lovely patio too. We would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to everything.
-
The staff were very helpful, the location is absolutely unbeatable, each room had a theme
-
The less expensive rooms look nothing like the pictures. They're worn down and not the cleanest. The toilet/shower has a really bad smell in some rooms.
-
Excellent communication & service with a smile!

The property was central to the activities that we wanted to do. I loved the jungle. Having a glass of wine in the evening in the jungle was a pleasure. The bed was comfortable. Our room was very quiet, but we could also look out from a Juliet balcony and enjoy the going on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with them every day. Nothing

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location - close to train station and sights.

Loved the garden the most. Dinner was good but one woman was good and the other one not so good ?the waitresses. Disappointed with room size and shower quality. Needed to get help several times. The photos on booking make it look nicer than it is.

The proximity to the promenade is very close The shower space is ridiculously tiny.
