Excellent location. Friendly hosts. Very thoughtful Hallway a bit dark going up the stairs to the guesthouse

The guy who checked me in and showed me around was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Curtains offered some privacy and air conditioning in the room made it very comfortable, a rarity in france. No issies

There were some socks on floor & they didn’t belong to anyone, and the upper bed is a bit noisy

We had great experience staying here. Everything was very clean. It was spacious. The hosts were amazing, very nice and generous. I would stay here again if I came back to nice 10.0 rating

Great location, charming building and rooms, lovely staff and the included breakfast and tea/coffee were much appreciated. Everything was well organized and also felt really safe and clean. The pillow could’ve been more comfortable.

Cozy y safe place

They had signs everywhere telling you what you should or should not do (considerong facilities) it was very helpful. So, the second you start to wonder if you should do something , the sign is there :) They have book of things to do, eat etc. Pillows were a bit thin, but thats about it. You've got curtains on your bed for privacy, and a spacious locker with a key, which is really important. Also , they provide earplugs :D If you plan to visit Nice, Monaco, Cannes etc, its perfect place to stay for a few days

It is clean and they prepared my bed in advance with a clean towel. Nothing to complain about it. I also slept very well. I know it is a guesthouse, but this “lack of staff” is terrible. An accident happened to my phone (I broke it) and I couldn’t enter the place because I didn’t remember the codes. I tried to call them using the phone of a friend (didn’t work) and also ring the door (also didn’t work), and it was more than 11pm. I was lucky that a friend of my friend offered a room on her house to stay.

Everything. Friendly staff and guests. Good breakfast. You got free water. Bath is clean. Beds are pods (curtains). They have a shelf and lockers. Close to Center. All instructions in your WhatsApp. Only improvement I suggest - it's difficult to climb the Bed 3 because there's no place to hold with your left hand. Everything else was perfect.

Dare I say this was one of my favorite accommodations throughout all the years of solo traveling. Staff really cared about the place, providing fresh free breakfast for everyone, place was exceptionally clean, cozy and very authentic in my view. I stayed at female dorm with 6 beds and it was very quiet. Location was amazing, 8 minutes by walk from the main beach.

Nice and welcoming hosts, clean well organised. The house and room decoration is really French traditional house! The location couldn’t be better , a lot of things around and 5/10min from the beach.
