The location was great. It is in a leafy area that is nice and quiet but still within easy walking distance to the main centre. I came to do the Etna Parkrun, which was also only just over 1 km away. It is more of an older style accommodation with lots of charm and character. I loved that I could sit on my little balcony and look at Mount Etna.

Excellent service - we arrived around 11 PM on a Friday evening. The city was packed with people and cars - there was no place to park anywhere. I left our car a good three minute walk away. When I got to the hotel the gentleman asked where my car was - in front of the hotel he had blocked off a spot for me with some orange cones. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. On Friday night, they were full of people. Luckily for us, in Italy it’s nothing to sit down to a full meal at 11:30 PM. Beds were very comfortable - we both slept deeply. There is a little step in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet. I can only imagine the number of stubbed toes and banged heels that has caused.

Super clean hotel,good sized rooms,great staff,and ample parking.And a good loction,with lots of restaurants close by. Maybe some more cheese and salamis for breakfast.

Beautiful location on the edge of town and only a short walk to the entrance to the national park. Anyone, planning to do the Etna Parkrun, it's perfect - about 20 minute walk to the start. Excellent breakfast and very welcoming staff - greeting us with a Limoncello when we came back form dinner in the town centre. Nothing - everything was great

The hotel was perfectly located, staff friendly and available with a great politeness. They offer a specific gluten-free breakfast for my sister and they give us advices for tours and restaurants. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The shower a bit small, but nothing serious to criticise :)
