B&B La Rena Rossa

The people were really lovely. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. For instance, the breakfast was always on time and fresh. It varied every day according to what I like and what they had. Also, when I had a problem with the bed, it was fixed immediately. The other people staying on the property were also very friendly and considerate. The location in the middle of town is good, although it's a bit hard to find. Nice hot water in the bathroom. The bathroom linens and conveniences (toiletries, etc.) need updating. Towels are old and rough. Bed linens were, also. The bed itself was old and not comfortable. At one point, it broke, and I was advised to sleep "on the other side." No comfortable chair to sit in or rugs on the hard floors. The parking was difficult for me because I had to back up a long street without a backup camera to get out. Not easy for me.

We were so thankful for this lovely place to stay in Nicolosi, Sicily! It was quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had very good hot water and water pressure. The best part for us though was Georgio - he cheerfully responded to all of our questions and helped us with transportation. He made our stay wonderful!

Lovely B&B, Breakfast was excellent sitting on a terrace. It was a virtual check in but the information and directions from the owner were perfect Nothing

The property is in a great location for trips to the volcano and other nearby attractions. We drove to Taormina from here which was around 50 minutes. The owners are very friendly and Giorgio was a great help with any questions we had. Great breakfast included. Parking directly outside and the property is secure. If staying again we would request an upstairs room as the noise from above was quite loud.Other than that it was perfect and we would recommend.

Breakfast area, room decor and friendly staff. Very load music coming from a club near the property. The load music went on playing through the early hours.

Exceptional hospitality, great location. Owner of that beautiful place Giorgio went beyond our expectations, spacious and clean room. Amazing breakfast served with fresh bread, ham, cheese, fresh fruits and homemade marmalade by Giorgios Mum. Definitely recommend. Everything was great.

All perfect - a comfortable and spacious room in good location (convenient for Etna parkrun), a varied breakfast (incl. fresh fruit and juice), and really nice owners with helpful advice. Would definitely stay again.

La Rena Rossa is 5 mins away by walk from the city centre and restaurants, Rifugio Sapienza is app 30 mins away by car. La Rena is situated in a very quiet area and is surrounded by a lovely garden, thr room was spacious and clean. The owner, Giorgio, lives close by, he came every morning to serve us breakfast. He is a lovely person, helped us to plan our journey to Refugio Sapienza and also helped us with transport and was always a call or a text away. It was like going to visit a cousin's house. I would definitely go again.
