The location was great the staff was super nice The bathroom shower was not installed properly had to use the handle, water would go out of the shower, the drain was very slow at draining possibly plugged, it was very old hotel, breakfast was rationed and the lady was looking at us in a mean way when the breakfast goods were gone. There were 10 guests.

clean, quiet, close to beach, AC, good variety buffet breakfast with coffee teas all included, parking available daily in front of hotel, the patron and patron's tennage nephew were very friendly and helpful at all times! everything was good

great location close to Nikiana town, great buffet style breakfast with coffee and choice of tea, we had one of the back rooms with terrace, and mountain view very quiet and enjoyable, clean property with friendly owners and staff

Shower very small and no suitable curtains. All the floor is wet after taking a bath. Wi-fi very poor.

Very solid hotels, materials used are really decent and it really looks and feels like well built for what it is. Good staff, always pleasant and a parking space in front Nothing really, traffic in front would be the only thing I could think of but even that is okay, you get used to it after few days. And if you listen to a lot of music on your Air Pods like me you block it completely…

Location and staff were ok apart the fact that i asked to check the air condition as it was not working and noone seemed to check it. The fact that it was saying it had parking and i had to park 10min walk from the hotel. The air condition not working and i had to keep dhe balcony doors open all night and had to deal with the noise of the cars as the hotel was right on the main road and drunk neighboors shoouting till 3am. The beeds were not comfy and i woke up with back pain.

Mr. Ianys he is a very good man and his sister too , he helped us when we neded with info ....intructions etc.... Very clean rooms , a very good value for the money we paid for our August 2022 family holiday. When we left we even recived a gift from the Mr. Ianys so a lot of respect . 1. The parking was a bit of a problem for us every night when we came back from family dinner, but Mr. Ianys he was honest and he told us before we arrived that there is no possibility for private parking so it was just the inconvenience nothing wrong from Mr. Ianys it was our choice at last .... 2. The WIFI didn't work at all on the third floor , 10 days with no WIFI in our rooms ( Room 35 ) , so my kids were very upset :(( .
