Good central location in a quiet alley near Hang Mua cave and Trang An. Walking distance to local restaurants. Very frie

Pretty location, very rural but several good, local restaurants and mini marts nearby. Walkable to Lying Dragon mountain, short car ride to Tam Coc or Trang An. Family is nice, good a/c, WiFi not too bad considering the rural location. Shower pressure very weak, room much smaller than expected. Kettle and water provided but no mugs or anything. Breakfast ends at 9:00am, which is a bit too early in my opinion.

It's great, cute and cozy place to stay in Ninh Binh. The place has a very good location with a lot of restaurants around. It's only 5 years old and the facilities are like new. The breakfast is made there by the owner and the mango pancakes are amazing. You can rent a scooter or a bike there as well if you want to discover a bit more. It's a fantastic real local place with a very welcoming family. We were even invited to their dinner on Saturday :)

We really enjoyed this place. The homestay is run by a young family. They are cheerful, polite, and helpful. At the time of our visit they breakfast was included. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable mattresses. They offer a laundry service and for a small amount, is possible to take bikes. The area is quiet, close to the central street and within walking distance from eating places, a pharmacy, and fruit shops.

Super clean! Very very worth the price paid. Super homely vibes and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing- I will miss the banana pancakes! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in ninh binh in part because of this accommodation. I hope to come back in future and stay here again :) Maybe just at night there are no street lamps so it can be a bit scary if sun has set and you are riding bike/ walking in. But we took taxi so there was no problem

Very lovely individual rooms with a really nice view of the area. I had so many vietnamese coffee here. It was really good. We rented a bicycle from the owners and when to explore. It is right in the middle between the boats of Trang An and Mua cave, so it is very convenient.

It's small, simple hotel. Very cousy....peacfull and relax. Very friendly hosts. We came very late (so almost end of the day) and because of that they gave us discount. Thanks If the main host want around nobody speaks English. But using translator was fine

Very tranquil and serene property. Centrally located near to all the attractions. The owner Tuan was very welcoming and accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

This is one of the most pleasant Homestays we tried in Vietnam. What made it perfect was the very sweet host Thuan, who accommodated for our every need. The breakfast was lovely, the banana pancake and coffee was great! We rented scooters and it was a great place for discovering everything in the area. Location is quiet and the room has everything you need. The price was great value. Thanks for having us Thuan! :)

The location is perfect if you want a quiet place with a view on the mountains. It's located near every point of interest (mua cave, tam coc, trang an). Bicycle and bike for rent. The breakfast was good and the owner was very helpful. Very peaceful place, I recommend! Nothing

There’s not much to dislike about this property! However my only disfavour would be the trail of tiny ants (harmless) coming in from the window/floor boards. Although it’s kind of to be expected in the jungle.

The room was clean. Good landscaping aesthetic in rustic setting. Quiet and restful stay in village. About 10 mins ride from Mua Caves, Trang A Boat Quay/Tam Cốc boat quay and Hoa Lư Ancient capital. Nothing really. Hard to get in/ out but you can always rent a motorcycle/ bicycle from homestay or get the homestay to book a cab for the duration of your stay or use Grab app to key locations nearby. Expected trade off when we selected the homestay
