Incredible Homestay with staff who welcome you like family. The breakfast included with the stay was super delicious. The grounds were well kept with beautiful healthy plants. Great photo op every corner you turn. The staff were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. The room was spacious and clean. AC was powerful. Highly recommend!!! Wish there was a waste bin in the room and not just the bathroom.

There is so much to like about this homestay. It’s off the noisier main road; the grounds are lovely with flowers and fountains throughout; the cabanas are separated, modern, and clean; and the host family is so very nice. It’s also very close to both the Mua Caves and the Trang An Grottoes.

Everything was exceptional, value for your money. But more than anything Xuan was an incredible host. Free Bicycles and the pool was really clean, variety of breakfast you can choose and loads of fruits which we loved. Nothing

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ninh Binh! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, and the free bike rentals made exploring the area even better. But the real highlight was the owners and staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best experience. Saying goodbye to them was actually so sad for us lol! If you’re visiting Ninh Binh, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The bungalow was beautiful and so comfortable! We used the free bikes everyday of our stay and they were so handy. The breakfast every morning was so yummy and filling! The family were so friendly and helpful and communicated well through Google translate. Highly recommend staying here:)

The family running this place are so kind. Big comfortable beds, large bathrooms, delightful evening setting amongst the little bungalow rooms. It is equidistant from both river boats tour starting points too. Nice pool as well and good complimentary breakfast. Great place. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the roosters on the adjoining property get up early, lol.

We arrived super early with the sleeper bus but could already get into our room around 7 in the morning. What a luxury! And the beds were amazing. Big and comfy.

I had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sweetest hosts who truly made our stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, I slept like a dream. The traditional breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious and added such a special touch to our stay. At night, the property lights up, creating a magical, dreamy atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. The hosts were so kind and made us feel at home throughout our time there. There’s also bicycle and motorbike rentals available, and plenty of places nearby to eat and explore. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and memorable getaway. Thank you so much for everything!
