The kindest staff you could dream for - very responsive and helpful. The hotel was spotless, very clean. The beds were sooo comfortable and the bathroom was very big. Nothing comes to mind.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. If you require a softer bed, just ask. Mr Tuan spoke English well and even provided us with ride to Trang An caves. Mrs Tuan did laundry service. Great location 10 minute walk from Train. Highly recommend, great value

It’s a very good price and easy walking distance to the train station. I left my electric razor and the owner was kind enough to get on his bike and bring it to me before my train came, how kind of him. Not relevant

She tried to trick me for the money. I put 250.000 on the counter, acting like is doing something else and then came back to the table and said to me, that I didn't give enough and that I gave 10.000 instead of 100.000. But I was sure about it. Then she said, that I don't know the money. Always check money both, before leaving. Another way of a scam, that I learned.

It is a small family hotel. We were like at home. The owner and his wife took care of us, could answer every question and advise us. They are so friendly, helpful. The breakfast was nice. Also elevator is essential feature for us. Good luck to this family

You couldn’t ask for better people! Seriously! Kind, warm, energetic. Maybe location? I couldn’t find any decent dinner places or street food close by. Tried the Korean place 2 doors down from KFC - terrible!! But it would be a short cab ride to find good places. A chair and table on the balconies would be a nice touch.
