We had an amazing stay at Trang An Heritage Garden and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by majestic limestone mountains, beautiful lotus fields and lush nature! The peaceful atmosphere made it perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Ninh Binh. Our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was fast, professional, and made us feel truly taken care of during our stay! Nothing, everything was perfect ^^

It’s affordable, yet the service is top-notch. The views are absolutely stunning, and the restaurant food is great too

A bit disappointed... the room didn't feel clean, bathroom wasn't clean, room was tired. Not a great location as you have to get transport to go to Trang An or Tam Coc (I didn't realise it was so far away - we felt a bit isolated). There are some decent restaurants in walking distance though. On our second morning there was almost nothing left for breakfast.

Trang An Heritage Garden is the perfect place if you are looking for an authentic tranquil “Jungle like” Vietnamese experience. Seems extremely remote but just minutes from the Trang A Landscape Complex. This property is one of a kind. A very short walk or bicycle ride will bring you to epic views of a small lake surrounded by limestone cliffs and mountains. I was greeted by English speaking Tommy who did a fantastic job of showing me around, my room, directions etc. Food was great. Wendy(also English speaking) , who appeared to be the boss, was absolutely brilliant. Her kindness and concern were at a completely different level. 100 stars. I showed up at the property with a couple of pretty horrific injuries due to a fall a few days prior and thought I would just rest and relax. “Dr”Wendy took one look and almost demanded I go get x-rays (which is awesome because I’m hard headed and thought it would heal but my shin bone looked as though I could have a fracture and my right foot was extremely bruised and very swollen). (But I’m in a foreign country and have absolutely no idea on how their medical system works) Long story short, Wendy (and Tommy) arranged for a car to pick me up, take me to a hospital and get x-rays (super inexpensive) no broken bones but severe sprain on right foot. The driver they arranged waited the entire time and also help translate to get the x-rays and then prescriptions and then continued to drive me to my final destination. Vietnam is awesome but the Vietnamese people are truly spectacular including the wisdom, kindness and compassion, especially Ms Wendy. Trang An Heritage Complex 5/5 stars. Wendy 100/5 stars. This place is unbelievable. Unforgettable experience, everything was perfect. And the views are the best in Ninh Binh. Tommy and Wendy were particularly great.

Big, clean and comfortable room and beds. The staff was very attentive and nice. Great breakfast with a spread of both western and eastern dishes (and very good pho). They had many bikes to check out for free and the bike ride around the neighborhood was pleasant with nice views. Some features in the rooms could use an upgrade, but the staff was helpful and offered to fix the issue immediately.

Room cleaning could be done earlier, before 2PM. The electric kettle in our room was very dirt inside :( I don't recommend having dinner at the hotel. The menu is pretty basic and the food is not so tasty, there are nearby nice restaurants.

Staff is amazing, thank you for making everything good for us. Good food We were immerse in the culture as staff did not speak English! It was interesting and every single person does their the best to make you confortable and communicate. We were the only foreign guests Swimming pool zone requires maintenance. Where the bar was located was not clean and had garbage in there. Staff does not speak English, we used translator on the phone. Sometimes was frustrating but we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere and immersed in Vietnamese culture.
