The woman that runs this place is a beautiful soul, she is very friendly. For the money, and if you are taking the train early the next day, it is a great location to stay with food options around. I love the aesthetics of royalty room ? and I also the huge beautiful windows looking out to the trees outside, if I booked here again I would book the non-deluxe because of the street and train noise. Train noise if you are a light sleeper I picked a lot of pieces of human hair off of my bed

The hotel couldn't find our booking when we arrived. When we finally got our rooms they were dusty, dirty and looked like they hadn't been maintained in years. There was no toilet paper, the fridge wasn't plugged in, clumps of hair on the ground. The showers didn't have hot water and we couldn't find any staff again when we tried to check out. We ended up leaving our keys on the reception desk.

There was one shower and bathroom it was in the kitchen area

Staff friendly, good location and motorbike rental. Not the cleanest place we have stayed & train station across the road is very noisy.

No It smells so bad

Very good location right next to the rain and bus stop. The owner and staff are the most kindly people Nothing, it was all nice

Never ever in my life have I been to such a dirty hotel/hostel/motel. The bed was disgusting, the pillow stank and the bathroom had mold on every corner. Seriously I even dreamt that night about calling the staff to clean it. The lady was nice but well...the unhygenic environment was not acceptable. Would NOT recommend

Next to the train station, nice cold ac, motorcycle rental on site, friendly staff. Lack upkeeps.

Amazing staff, stylish room and perfect location. Here you can rent tours and motorbike. All good

The aircon and fan in the room were good. Close to station and bus pick up point opposite so that's good if you want that. Bed comfy, good pillows. Black coffee was nice. Lots of mosquitos in the room, TV didn't work, shower was cold, didn't give me much toilet roll, toilet seat was broken, food wasn't very nice (I had chicken noodles & meat spring rolls). You can hear the train honking frequently. Also music plays out loud early in the morning from neighbouring place (not sure where but very loud at about 6am). Sheets were dirty. Curtains don't open and close properly. Wasn't sure that the lock on the door was very secure.

Spacious and hot water in the shower. It was super dirty, but saying dirty it's just a compliment. It was filthy and disgusting. Basic hygienic standards was not met - bed linen was not changed, it was used and full of stains & dark hair. All room was not clean, it was just "set up" for another person. There was dark hair literally everywhere, dust, stains, marks, mould, bathroom mirror with Toothpaste marks. Used cotton face pads in the bathroom. Someone could say value for money but usually I stay in hostels which provide clean linen. Room door was half glass and there was light in the corridor that came to the room at night. Just avoid.

✅ clearly a family run / lived in business, and the hostess was lovely and did her best to communicate. the rooms had some nice decorative touches, and if staying in ninh binh for a short amount of time it was liveable ❌ we had an issue with our room in the fact that we weren’t given a key, and it was explained to us that the last guest had taken the key with them, so we just simply had no key. obviously this is no fault of the hotel, but left us with our stuff being in an unlocked room all day which wasn’t great from a security perspective. the room was small and the bed was very moist , with the bathroom being very small and the shower almost directly above the toilet which was an uncomfortable experience. there is great potential here but think they just need to freshen up the rooms and sort the locks

I liked the location, right next to the train station. The service could have been much better. The TV set did not work so I was told to conect to the WIFI and watchTV on my cell phone.I insisted so They authorized me to go to another room and replace the TV in my room.

I need a place close to Train Station - it is just on the opossite side of street. Hotel offers scuters (motobicycles) for rent. Prices very godd (low :-) I was unhappy that I could spend there one night only (I had alredy booked train ticket). Hotel is fantastic.

Central location next to the train station The room wasn’t clean, toiletries weren’t replenished ie toilet paper. We arrived late as we had travelled by bus and I had messaged before hand but had no communication to acknowledge this so the owner was surprised when we arrived. When we arrived we were told that we would be in a bigger room for the night and moved to a smaller room the next day, we had no key for this room as we were told the person staying before had checked out taking the key with them. We then moved rooms around midday but the bedding was dirty and therefore slept in our sleeping bags. I didn’t read too many of the reviews before booking but there seems to be multiple different issues/stories. The price was low but would expect the basics to be right.
