The room was so big and very clean. The owner was nice and very helpful . Need to improved is the food handling. Wooden Chopstick should not be re useable. Make sure that the food prep is clean . I saw something crawling in my breakfast food.. ?

Well the rooms are quite old, our bathroom did not cleaned at all, no toilet paper was renewed.

The host is super kind and welcoming, the room is super clean, the price is super affordable for solo travelers.

Breakfast is ok, half banh mi with egg omelette or some noodles, not much choice, but it's tasty. There is also an elevator in the hotel. We do not recommend buying any bus tickets in this hotel, they try to charge almost 100% more than in many travel offices in Tam Coc (Hotel price 350k - travel office 200k). Around the hotel there are not many restaurants, we struggled to find good food options.

The family running the hostel are beyond kind and helpful. They remembered my name from the beginning and helped me with everything from late breakfasts to moving rooms to getting to my sleeper bus. They even organised tours and transport for me, and recommended places that other tourists wouldn’t know about. The free breakfasts are perfect, and everything was clean and comfortable. Anything you need can be arranged here. I highly recommend this beautiful place!! :)

Nhat Minh Homestay is a great place to stay in Ninh Binh, thanks to the friendly and welcoming family who runs it. From the start, they were helpful with recommendations on places to visit, arranging transport, and making sure we had everything we needed. The home-cooked meals were a nice touch, and they were always happy to chat and share a bit about local life. The location is peaceful and well-situated for exploring places like Tam Coc and Trang An. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a homestay with a personal touch and warm hospitality, this is a great choice.

The breakfast included was super yummy! The owners were so nice! This property is really hummid. The floor was the whole day wet. Also the clothes, the bag, the linen and everything you left in the room. We had to be careful with the steps because it could be slippery. It made our stay very uncomfortable. I scored it with a 7 but it is probably a 5 ( i just feel bad for them to give such a low score but i hope this message help people to decide)

I liked the location and the possibility to use a scooter rental. Also, the owner was very helpful and help us to organize bus to move forward. The lack of windows was noticeable, we could hear every sound from the street, from conversations to the crowing of the rooster. Shutters are no substitute for windows. Therefore, a lower rating.

One of the cheapest places in Vietnam, it even includes breakfast! The owner, Tim, is very kind and helpful. The bedrooms are relatively clean. There is only one bathroom/toilet shared with 12 beds, so on busy moments you might have to wait.

I only stayed a few hours. I had a 5 hour layover between a bus from Cat Ba and my train to Hue. It was much nicer to stay there then roam the streets. It is only 1km to the train station.
