Tam Coc Thai Duong Homestay

Location was good. Hot water. A/C Bathroom planned badly. It was large and spacious but no hangers for towels or place to put soap or shampoo. We stayed 3 nights. The room was never cleaned and no change of towels offered. Reviews and photos in booking.com are not real.

The owner is very friendly and very courteous. I felt I was staying at a friends house versus renting a hotel room. Most important feature? My room had the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept in, in the last 6 months.

The place was really good, the beds were super big and the owner was super nice! This is a good small budget place where to stay. Is a bit away from the main street, so it is quiet and nice for sleeping in.

Good location, in the middle of Tam Coc yet no traffic noise. Super helpful staff - unfortunately had food poisoning for one night and they knocked on my door and provided me with goods when I needed help. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice homestay. The family were very kind and helpfull. The room were nice and clean. The only bad thing to say is that there were no hot water in the shower. But I could defently recommend it. We liked it very much:))

Really nice location, good price, comfy bed and a sweet and helpful host family There was a turkey/rooster right outside our room, and it screamed very loudly and often - even early morning and at night

Very kind owners, beautiful property and great location, we felt very comfortable and wanted to stay even longer but understandably the place was fully booked! They had bikes for rent and you’re able to book anything you need through them.

Clean spacious bedroom, lovely staff and good location in the center. No towels provided.

Good location just off the Main Street but still quiet enough on the road. They’ll help with you arranging motorbike rental and give recommendations on where to go. Also will store your baggage if you have a night bus etc. Friendly staff. Very bad WiFi. Bad smell from the drains in the bathroom. Not much privacy from balcony. Door bit tricky to lock and not enough plug sockets. We were also given a bedside lamp that had no light bulb.

Beautiful homestay and super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was perfectly located just off the main street so was quiet but in short walking distance to everything. Really loved staying here, a very comfortable experience.
