The onsen is great, especially the outdoor onsen with the forest view., The breakfast is good. The room smells bad. The futon bed is too thin (but it was ok when I used 2 of them on top of each other). There is no place to hang the habd towel next to the sink (?!)

Everything was perfect. The food was great. Our room was nice and quiet. We LOVED the 19:30 -20:30 "Music in the Mori" piano and violin performance in the lobby! And, we are very grateful for the kind support we received by the young man from Nepal at the front desk who was ever so patient in helping us set our car Japanese car navigation system to our next destination. Thank you so much!

Quality was very very low compare to price we paid. Not clean at all..and especially quality of food both moring and dinner..it just like ready to eat food from supermarket..very horrible to stay there. Make me feel very bad to niseko!!! I promise not to come to this hotel again or even to niseko. It sell only the name Niseko but very bad quality. Even booking.com should get rid of this hotel from list!!!!

It was clean and very nice staff, both front desk and dining room. It is 10 minutes from the ski area by hotel shuttle, very convenient, you don’t need a car. The onsen area could be improved as it is a bit old

The hotel is sooo good with their foods, facilities, onsen, everything. Very much enjoyable.

Very accommodating and incredibly kind we had to be to CTS airport at 9am and we went to the hotel at 6:45am to find a taxis and they woke some wonderful soul up and he drove us 2 hours to the airport no question if he didn’t do that we would have missed our flight and been out $300 10/10 staff 10/10 property 1000% recommend if you are looking for a chill and quiet place to relax Everything was great but be prepared to go to bed by 8:30-9 on weekdays maybe 10 on weekends

Despite the no smoking policies, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that seemed ingrained into the room. Combined with my sensitive nose I did not have a great experience in my room, although I had only used it for sleeping.

Onsen, onsite ski rentals (the best staff!!!), evening music, the whole experience being away from the bustle but right next to annupuri. Also a shout out to Kyoko, my masseuse for the hot stone and shoulder massage after skiing. That was just the cherry on top. Pillows are quite hard but I think they are traditional. To be fair, we didn’t ask for alternatives

A lovely hotel featuring a beautiful open-air onsen where you can enjoy the snowy view while soaking. Breakfast is good, and it’s only about a 20-minute drive to Grand Hirafu.
