B&B HOTEL Paris Romainville Noisy-le-Sec

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The staff were very friendly. The soap in the bathroom smelled amazing which I thought it was a nice touch to the overall stay. The price was absolutely great. The parking was cheap. It is a great place to stay if you are staying for one or two nights near paris. The supermarket and the bakery across the street is really convenient and definitely check the bakery (trust me you wont be disappointed it is as good as bakeries inside paris):). There only one towel when we got in and we were two people staying. The lobby smelled weird which I don’t what was it. The room is kinda small but I don’t think it’s a huge issue for me but if you have more than one luggage it is going to be tight.

Proximity to several restaurants Please don’t forget to sell water bottles. That was missing because the vending machines were broken and the front desk had no water to sell

The price was right for a last minute need, and location was perfect for a meeting down the street. The room is very basic, like an Ibis Budget. The staff at night was nice, but they need to refrain from eating strong smelling food that wafts into the public area :(. A terrible smell of rotting or fermented fish at reception during check-in at night! Smelled like someone had a very strongl smelly ethnic dinner in the back room. I almost gagged. Ugggh! The room itself also smelled funny.

It was easy to check in and rooms were clean. Not the hotel's fault but there was no water in the morning. None of our traveling were able to take showers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first staff member (a white lady at reception) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She gave me a room with a window that could not be closed properly. Because of this, I had to deal with noise from outside, rain coming in, and very cold temperatures during the night. When I politely asked to change the room, she refused in a rude manner, did not communicate properly, and relied on Google Translate while repeating the same thing with a very unfriendly attitude. It felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Fortunately, the next day another staff member was on duty, and she was much kinder. She listened to my issue and immediately helped me change to a proper room. Overall, my stay was negatively affected by the poor service of the first receptionist. Management should seriously look into training staff to treat all guests with respect and provide basic hospitality

It was exactly as specified. The room was OK with the advertised amenities It was quite except for the road construction going on nearby. Television was good Location was good It's good value for money The breakfast finished fast. The fruitsalad was old and stale The air-conditioning unit only for 1 or 2 mins before going off when Set to cold The bathroom ventilation doesn't work

Secure Parking, overall value, staff at the reception, location, beds reasonably comfortable. I like the keyless access number concept B&B uses to unlock the room. access to Paris by Metro is a plus, even though it involves a 10-15 minute walk to the station Room size a bit smaller than other B&B I stayed in. Could do with a water cooker and a small fridge.
