The quality of breakfast was questionable while we were a group of sport athletes who couldn't carb load for games enough. The forks and spoons were missing all the time cups for coffee, the tray trolley was blocking the entry and making crowd, the cheese, the salamies, the eggs, water, juice, the working staff was very slow, and most of them do not speak english good so there was a lot of language barriers. We spend 40 minutes to describe rooming, there were issues with deposits, they have only physcical card payment. Some of our group waited 20 minutes to check out in the morning.

Breakfast not enough. Rooms are very small, neigbourhood doesnt look like safe. Elevator was not working last day, in the first day enterance has a problem from parking area.

Loved the comfy bed. The breakfast seemed kinda simple from afar but it was with fresh produce, got everything we needed and it was stocked regularly so nothing was missing. The staff at the reception : they were always preoccupied with their phones and chatting with their coworkers. Not that open to answering questions ( french is my native language so it wasn’t the language barrier) and we got a huge eye roll when we asked for our receipt being printed in the end.
