Reception staff was very friendly and help us very good. Everything in the rooms are outdated. In one room the air-conditioned keep falling out, and the other room the toilet was clogged. They changed my family members to another room and the light was broken and they didn't even made the bed. The other room door creaks so loud every time you open/ close it. Breakfast wasn't like what you see on the pictures. We forgot to hang the card outside the door and the cleaning staff didn't even knock on the door and just open it.

Convenience to the Metro and bus station. A little dated and could do with some tidying up in.l certain areas.

Erm… Worn out, peeling paint, everything feels tired, lumpy bed, only one socket in WHOLE ROOM, rooms are dark and lack lighting, bathroom has very little paper, no shaver socket, lift smells of sewerage, breakfast pretty awful with fatty undercooked bacon, tiny croissants, dry yet somehow undercooked eggs…TERRIBLE coffee. nasty fruit selection…

The hotel is in a good location for the Metro. When we arrived person on reception was in bar area making himself a drink and took a while to acknowledge us, when he did come over to the desk, the phone started ringing so he answered that first. He then just said the word 'passport' in my direction. So this was not a very welcoming visit, the hotel was run down and didn't feel clean. Our stay was also the weekend of the first heatwave in Paris and we were told there was no air conditioning. After repeatedly mentioning the heat, we were finally given a fan.
