Campanile PRIME - Paris Bobigny

Staff were helpful on reception, parking was great, we stayed twice in two different rooms, the first room was quite small and sadly the air con was really struggling and we couldn't get the room cold enough, the second room was much better, loads of room and the air con was perfect. Showers were great with good water pressure. Location was good too and easy to get links into Paris. Breakfast wasn't great, staff didn't seem to want to top up the empty sections even though there was over an hour left of service, we had to ask for everything including cutlery and plates, just seemed to be really slow at any kind of service in the restaurant. Air con in the first room just didn't work at all, room was small for a family sharing too.

They were kind enough to let us cheek in early. In addition we were also 30 min late to check out but thy were understanding and didn’t charge us extra. The room looked exactly like the picture. They made the sofa into a bed like we had requested. The toilet started to smell like urine every time we flushed the toilet and the ventilation in the bathroom was pore, so the smell didn’t leave the bathroom. We stayed for one week so we notified the issue in the reception, but they didn’t fix it. They were also renovating the hotel during our stay, so I don’t know if this had something to do with it. The hotel provides room service only when asked (its optional) which I totally understand, but whenever we asked for room service we specifically asked for only the bathroom to be cleaned, by that, we referred to empty the bathroom trashcan and put on a new trash bag which sadly never happened after our fist night of stay. We had to use our own bags as trash bags and stop the cleaning lady in the hall way to throw out the old trash. In addition, the hotel charged us additional money before we received our room keys claiming it to be city tax for the towels at the hotel. I don’t know if this is a France thing or just something they do in this hotel because whenever I have stayed at other hotels abroad, they usually include that in the hotel price.

Overall it was clean other staff gentlemen who was there at night shifts I believe from Cameroon provided 10/10 service I forgot his name but he was very kind welcoming respectful and attended to our needs It was hard for cabs to access

Property was clean. Parking was good and ample. Staff at the reception has very poor and rude manners. Needs intense training on Good manners and right conduct in the most very basic characteristic of a person in such industry. Did not even greet “Bonjour”.

Rooms are new. Staff was friendly. There is metro station close to the hotel. I was there for the exhibition and I had car. The carpark should be free because I’m already customer of the hotel. If you’ll come for turistic purposes maybe it can be hard go to center.
